Last Chapter Guys!!

Waking up I frowned inward and outwardly. These hangover headaches are no joke!

And if there wasn't a consistent knocking on my front door I'd still be asleep.

It's eight in the morning, who could it possibly be?

I should've known who it was.

Oh but of course Mr. Braden Barrie.

I don't hate him. But at the same time... I regret last night. I was drunk, he was drunk, and as much as it means to me I can't lie to myself and say it meant anything to him. I know it didn't. He isn't that type of guy.

Now we're sitting across from each other at my kitchen counter eating scrambled eggs. Supposedly good for hangovers.

"Look Braden, about last night. Lets just forget about it and move on."

"Wait what? Wh-"

"I know it didn't mean anything. It's okay, just, it was a mistake and I regret it. Let's not drag each other along okay?"

"Bu-"

"No Braden. Just forget, go back to ignoring me and I can go back to the girl no one talks to anymore."

"But Kara yo-"

"No Braden ju-"

"Kara!"

I looked timidly into his eyes acknowledging his use of my name.

"Look Kara, I don't want to just ignore it. I don't regret it! I don't want to go back to ignoring my feelings for you and letting you be the girl everyone ignores! What I want is to make you mines! I want you to be my girlfriend."

I looked down and then realized what he just said to me.

"Wait. Make me yours? Your girlfriend?"

He stood from his stool and slowly walked around the counter to stand directly in front of me.

"Kara will you please be my girlfriend?"

And I'm pretty sure you all know what I said.

"Yeah!"

Then.... he kissed me.

No, we didn't get dirty in the kitchen either!

Haha, I'm in a "jolly" mood so I added that little joke at the end.

I had so much more planned for this book turned short story BUT there's a lot going on in my life right now so...

I might come back and add more to the story... As in more chapters but for now this is the end.

I do apologize for starting this story and ending it so abruptly though my loves.
