Chapter 8

Prince Marcus POV

I groaned with fustration as I paced my room where the hell is she, as I was about to exit my room and search for her I heared the bed creek . I wiped my head to the bed to see who it was it."Where did you go baby?" A female voice came from underneaths the sheets. I growled as I tore of the sheets . " get out now " I shouted as I pointed at the door . She stumbled as she got of the bed as she shivered in fear as she or on her clothes and left the room . A loud screams of my name attracted me. As I go closer I realized it was Silvers voice shouting .I picked up the pace vowing to the kill the man that caused my mate so much pain. My wolf suddenly went into panic mode , it made me angrier knowing that my wolf wasn't calm about this either . I fasten my pace following the delicate voice of my mate. Now that I felt what it was like to nearly lose a mate I was desperate to not let her leave my sight. The feeling of her touching me was foreign but it felt like it was natural , smoothing and comfortable. I sighed like a love sick pup as I entered the main hall. Once I opened the door the look before me shocked me beyond words as I watched the guards trying to pull my mate away as she cried of pleas. I growled possively , immediatly everyone eyes on me. The guards shivered as my father stood up from his seat with an outraged look. " What do you think your doing son" I ignored my father walking towards the gaurds who a moment ago were trying to take my mate away." She is going to be exiled !" this time I roared at him." Don't forget I am soon to be alpha I am stronger than you father your no match for me anymore " I threathen him.The thought of my mate was going to be exiled did not go well with my wolf as he growled possively. Last thing that happend before I blacked out was that my wolf had taken over me

Silver POV

I watched as Marcus eyes turned pitch black , you couldn't even see his pupils as he bared at the teeth at the guard , before I knew it I was in my arms of my mate as he said soothing words to me rocking me back and forth in his laps. The guards that were once ordered to send me away were lying on the cold marble floor in there own puddle of blood. It made my wolf and somewhat me feel happy knowing that we could trust our wolf to protect us but then the memory of his rejection struck me." I reject you " . I felt soft plump lips on mine as I heard a possive growl " Mine only mine. This was a definatly a different side of Marcus that I had never seen before , this side was more caring, loving and possesive he ticked off all the qualities that I wanted in my mate but the question was if he was going to be this way forever. This wasn't going to be enough for me to let him in just yet. He had to prove that he was sorry and that he was going to stay by my side forever just like a hero but my hero.

When I first opend my eyes I looked at my surrounding gold wallpaper hung on the walls , red bed sheet . The sound of snoring shocked me as I tumbled of the bed with a loud tump. The person must of heard me as the bed creaked I tried to lay flat at down hoping that the person wouldn't see me but I was out of luck. " What you doing down there kitten " a husky voice asked me as I slowly got off the floor to see who the voice belonged to. The husky voice made my wolf purr in delight that was when I knew it was Marcus . Before I fully got up from the ground I was pulled into strong arms and tossed on to the bed. Marcus strong arms cuddled me as if sheilding me from the world of danger. How perfect this moment was if I could freeze time in this moment I would . Being in the arms of my mate was the best feeling ever. I tapped Marcus . He groaned in response , it was the sexiest thing I had ever heard in my entire life. "Marcus?" I waited for a response but all I heared was his snores as he pulled me closer to him." Marcus?" I tried again , he had already fallen a sleep again. I tried to get out of the strong hold Marcus had on me but evertime I tried it was like he hugged me tighter , I groaned in fustration however in this situation my wolf would purred in delight at our mates action if she was here with me right now. I wish my wolf was here to experience being in Marcus , her mates arm accpeting us , I had tried to tell her not to keep her hops up to high for out mate but her hopes were high for her mate.. her soul mate, and now look at where it gotten us . She was a niave young wolf just like me before I learned that having a mate was a good and bad thing.I gave up trying to get out of Marcus graps and decided to serrender to the overwhelming desire to sleep.

A/N

I know it' been a while since I have updated , I have been really bussy and having a writers block. I honestly never imagend so many people to end up reading this book. From now on the chapters will be more longer and thought through before posting . I hope this chapter wasn't a dissapointment. I may come back and edit this chapter
