Lee Daehwi
-His blood possesses the "galaxy power", and can cure all injuries and illnesses. He came out first place in the National Examinations and became the head advisor of Wanna One Academy. He has an arranged marriage with Bae Jinyoung, who he loves. He was created by the Pope and Taoist Ji using Woojin's blood, as a vessel to bring the downfall of the Divine Empress.
Bae Jinyoung
-A saint who possesses the blood of the phoenix.He met and fell in love with Lee Daehwi since they were young, after he saved his life. However,he tries to hold his feelings back as his training doesn't allow him to fall in love with anyone except for Park Jihoon, who has the blood of the dragon and can protect him from getting a backlash.
Park Jihoon
-Senior disciple of Hwa Jung Sword sect,who possesses the blood of the dragon. He has an unrequited love for Bae Jinyoung. He later becomes an accomplice of the demon tribe due to the demon seed Lai Guanlin planted in him. He dies saving Bae Jinyoung from the Pope.
Lai Guanlin
-The prince of the Demon tribe who obsessively loves Park Jihoon.
Kim Samuel
-The stubborn prince of the beast clan.He takes Lee Daehwi as his teacher after witnessing Daehwi intelligence,and later developed an unrequited love for Daehwi.He becomes the new protector of his clan to save Lee Daehwi.
Kang Daniel
-The sole heir of Kang family and a loyal friend of Lee Daehwi.He fell in love with Ong Seongwoo,whom he constantly bickers with.
Ong Seongwoo
-The head royal attendant of the Empress,and good friend of Bae Jinyoung. He bickers and eventually fell in love with Kang Daniel.
Yoo Seonho
-A hot-blooded warrior of the Bear tribe who befriends Lee Daehwi. He serves Samuel after he saved him from death,and later falls into an unrequited love with Samuel.
Ahn Hyungseob
-Protector of Lee Daehwi, who gained his trust after providing him with lots of delicious food. Lee Daehwi's aim is to save the Little Black Dragon from the empress.
Yoon Jisung
-Woojin's mother,and mistakenly,Lee Daehwi's mother.
Park Woojin
-Lee Daehwi's senior and childhood friend,later revealed to be the heir to the throne, and true son of the Divine Empress(Yoon Jisung).
