The Closure ( Play Dead One Shot )

Came the graduation ceremony Zayn and Charity was there after that Zayn took me out to Dinner the place was fantastic, it is a high-end restaurant, he said that there's nothing I can do about this that I also deserved this for all the hard work I did for the past years..

"Thanks for the dinner Zayn" I said as I walked to the front door of my flat

"I love you" he said as he tilted my chin to face him he leaned closer..a loud cough from the window caught our attention and just as what I thought it was Adrienne I gave Zayn a peck on the cheek and greeted him goodnight and watched him as he drove off.. Oh Adrienne you're so gonna die..

"What the hell Adrienne??" I said as soon as I entered my flat.

" Is that the way you're supposed to greet a friend??" Yes especially is she just ruined a perfect moment

"I just dropped by to tell you that I'll be leaving soon"

"What?!?" okay she was fast..

"Yes I got a job and I will be flying to America tomorrow"

"You could've told me earlier"

"They only told me after the Graduation, I'm so going to miss you Chas"

"I will miss you too Adrienne"

We both went out the door since her flight will be early in the morning

"Just take care okay?"

"Yes, I will ma'am"

*ONE YEAR LATER*

Well yes. alot has happened in the past year,My Graduation, Christmas, my romantic New Year's Eve kiss with Zayn and of course the day zayn told me that he was inlove with me. I still remember everything that happened that day the way I fidget, Louis' phone call, Zayn barging into the room and how my broken heart was mend..

"Hi babe! are you ready for the party??" Zayn said as he wrapped his arms around me

"Yes babe, I can't believe it's already a year"

"I know." was his reply as he placed a necklace with a key pendant, surprising me

"what's this??"

"it's my gift for you, after all it's our anniversary right?" well ofcourse it is..wait gift?? but I didn't buy him any..

"It's beautiful,but I don't have anything for you" my mind was quick in voicing out my thoughts, but of all the things I could forget why the gift?? the anniversary gift to be exact.

"that's alright you being by my side everyday is enough for a gift" I could feel my face heating up good thing he can't see my face.. I'm flattered and embarrassed at the same time. I hate this!

"thanks..but I really wish I could give you something"

"shush. I said it's alright..ready to go downstairs??" I turned around to face him and gave him a peck on the lips, he took that as a yes and soon we were out the door of his room.

I wonder why a key?
