Chapter 12

"Ahh, what a tiring day it was!" Bilal said to himself as he was entering his home. He went to school today. Although they didn't teach much in school but he went. Schools usually would try to finish their syllabus as early as possible. They would start revisions and keep some tests for the students which would be quite useful. But most of the students would remain at home and do self-study.

Bilal went to his room and then got freshed.

"Billaaalll!" called his mother. "Come and have your food. He went to have his food. After having food, he went to his room and then lied on his bed. He was thinking what to study now! While thinking he dozed off unexpectedly. He woke up after an hour wondering how he fell asleep. He then checked the time, it was 2:30PM. He then quickly washed his face and started studying. He studied till 4 and then he had to go to his friends house for group studies. They usually didn't do group studying, this was their first time. They were just experimenting whether it'll workout or it's useless. He and two of his friends were gathering at Taha's house.

"Trriingg Trriingg.." his phone rang. It was from an unknown number. He wondered who's number is it.

"Hello! Who's this?" asked Bilal receiving the call.

"It's me Taha. Where are you? It's already 4!"

"Yup, will leave in 5-6 minutes. By the way, is this your new number?" Bilal asked.

"Nope, this is my mother's number. I didn't have balance in my phone so I called with this number. Don't call on this number now!" Taha said laughing.

"Haha, okay. Now bye. Allah Hafiz." And he disconnected the call. He quickly got ready. He went to the bathroom, got freshed. Changed his clothes, kept the books which he'll be studying there in the bags. He saw the time it was 4:15, he almost forgot that he had to speak with Sarah. From past three days she didn't come online. She told she would but she didn't come. Bilal regularly checked whether she came online or not, but she didn't! He thought she might not come today also, but still he checked. He took his phone, checked whether Sarah is online or not and yes he was right. She didn't come online today also! She didn't even see his message. He became a bit curious now, why she didn't come online.

"Maybe she is busy since 3 days. Nevermind, she promised so she will come definitely!" He said to himself. After checking he closed his phone and left to his friends house.

"Mooomm, I am going to Taha's house for group studies. Will come in 2-3 hours."

"Group study? When did this happen?" she asked in a funny way.

"Today only!" He replied and left.

Taha's house was at a distance of 15-20 minutes from his house. When he reached Taha's house he said "You are late boy!"

"Will I get a punishment now?" He asked sarcastically.

"Nah bro, come in!" He welcomed him.

When he entered the room, the other two were already there. They then sat together. It took them half an hour to decide which subject to study. Then Bilal only suggested that they could do Maths. It'll be good for everyone, they can ask each other if they don't get a solution to a problem. Everyone agreed to his suggestion. But it took 'em half an hour to study seriously. They all were cracking jokes and laughing. After that Bilal made all of them serious and they studied seriously for half an hour. Taha's mother came to his room and offered them snacks thinking they were studying really hard. But they just began and all of them got an excuse to take a break. So they took a break and ate snacks while playing Fifa 17. It's a football video game, which is addictive. So the break accidently lasts upto one and a half hour. "Guys, kindly have a look at the watch!" Bilal said with a heavy sarcasm. They all looked at the watch and then they started laughing. They all said "Group study!" while laughing and seeing at each others face.

"As it is, we wasted 2 hours, now no use of studying. we'll play for one more hour then I'll leave. You guys see what you'll do." Bilal said. After saying this he quickly snatched the controller from Taha and said "Haha, my turn now!" They played for an hour and then Bilal had to take a leave.

"Okay guys, I enjoyed a lot, though we barely studied for half an hour!" Bilal said to everyone.

"Haha, yeah. So tomorrow also Group study?" asked Taha.

"No way!" Bilal replied laughing and then left.

"As salamu alaikum!" Bilal greeted entering home.

"Wa laikumusalaam!" replied Bilal's mom, dad and Noorin.

"Quickly get ready. Guests are going to visit us today." Bilal's mom said.

"Alright." He said and went to his room. It was around 6 or 7. He then got ready again. There was still time left for the guests to come so he started studying till they came.

After around an hour they came. They greeted them. Bilal started speaking with Fawad, their son. They spoke and spoke, after a while they had dinner. Bilal and Fawad enjoyed the dinner. After having dinner, they spoke for a while and then left.

It was almost 11 when they left, When they left, Bilal went to his room and layed on his bed. He thought a bit about Sarah, why didn't she come online? Was there something wrong with her? Did she needed any help? But then he thought mostly she'll be busy, so she couldn't come online. He then dozed off. Today was indeed a tiring day for him. And about the group study, it's a No. Maybe later, but as of now it's a no.
