According to F(x)'s Amber,SM will be releasing a new girl group this year.After the success of EXO, SM will be releasing a new girl grou after 4 years.
Amber, who is very active on Twitter, tweeted yesterday:
@llama_ajol just saw the girls practicing,ahhh! can't wait for their debut ^___^
The tweet gathered lots of peoples' attention and response like, "are they really releasing a new girl group?". However, the peoples' questions were answered on SM ENTERTAINMENT'S latest tweet,regarding that rumor.
@SMTOWNGLOBAL It's true that we are preparing for a new girl group.they are now preparing for debut,so please expect and support them!
This news got the netizens excited because SM Entertainment haven't debuted a new girl group after F(x)'s debut on September 2009. Also Kim Young-Min released an official statement today saying:
"It's true that we are debuting a new girl group, there were lots of question regarding that.They are currently preparing for their debut and we hope you expect a lot from them. We hope no one bashes them but instead support them! I will reveal a clue about them. they have 9 members and they have the average age of 20."
SM also released a picture of 9 girl's legs wich made the nitizens worry that they might be similar to 9-member girl group from the same company, Girls' Generation, but as SM Entertainment tweeted today:
@SMTOWNGLOBAL Please don't bash them because they have 9 members but instead support them. Trust me they are different from Girls' Genertion!
