A/N: Hi everyone! So this is a new story that I'm writing, and it's the first one I'm writing on Wattpad! And if you don't know what Reddie is, it's basically the name for the ship between Eddie Kaspbrak, and Richie Tozier from the new movie It. Or, if you wish, the book, or the 1990's film. You might want to watch one of the movies or read the book before reading my story, as it will help with things making sense, if you wish. There's going to be lots of fluff, but no depressing stuff and no smut (they're fourteen years old, that's not okay, and I'm fourteen, to. I'm not gonna write that shit). Now, I respect Finn Wolfhard, and Jack Dylan Grazer's relationship as friends, I simply ship the characters they play as in the movie, as do many others in the fandom. So enjoy the story! :) (The video has Finn Wolfhard in it and it's a good song so I'm sharing it)

Richie was walking Eddie home. They had been at a restaurant along with the others to celebrate the defeat of It. They were both tired, as were the rest of the group, for killing an evil clown obviously isn't as easy as it looks.

Though he knew he was gone, Eddie was still on edge, and looked about as if a red balloon might pop out at any corner, at any time.

"Eddie, you're fine, I swear." Richie laughed.

"But what if we aren't? What if he was tricking us, and he's not really dead?", Eddie rambled.

"He's dead. Or at least close to it. He's not gonna bother us anymore."

"But what if he comes back?"

Richie stopped him, and looked him in the eyes."Then I'll protect you. I promise."

Then, their conversation was cut off by someone yelling:

"Losers!"

out of their car window, and started throwing different kinds of trash on them. Richie, pissed off at this point, picked up a random rock that he saw on the grass, and chucked it as hard as he could at the moving vehicle. It bounced off of the top of it, and left an indentation.

Eddie stood there, arms glued to his sides, fists clenched, and eyes squeezed shut as tightly as possible. He had taken the worst of it. He had what seemed to be some kind of liquid in his hair, and chunks of some light brownish stuff on his back, and some kind of red liquid on his pants. Richie had the same red drink down the entire front of his shirt, and his pants were soaked, and that was it.

"Eddie, are you okay?" Richie asked.

Eddie let out a shaky breath, and sucked in the air from his inhaler.
"I don't know. Is it bad? What's on my back?" he managed.

"I... I think it's just some sort of food. It doesn't look rotten, and I don't think it'll stain. It's not that bad." Richie tried comforting him. "I remember you left your outfit at my house from the sleepover, and I washed it. I was gonna bring it to you today, but I forgot it. You can come over to my place, shower, and go home, if you want, and you can change into that."

"Okay." Eddie said, still tense.
"Well, come on then, Eds."

"Richie, every time I move I can feel the germs." he said.
"Then hop on my back." Richie said, and Eddie obeyed, and they walked home like that. They were both thankful that there weren't that many people around, but in reality, they really didn't care about reputation at this point. They arrived at Richie's house after awhile, and Eddie slipped off of his back and onto the front porch.

"How are you holding up, Eddie Spaghetti?" Richie asked, and smiled at him.

"I'm fine." he said. He looked down at his feet, a tint of rose appearing over the bridge of his nose, and his cheeks. He thanked God that Richie didn't notice, as he was trying to unlock the door. It opened, and they both stepped inside. Richie led Eddie inside the house, and outside of his bedroom was a bathroom. Richie went into it, opened a cabinet, and pulled out two towels, a bar of soap and a bottle of shampoo, and set them on the sink counter.
