"Darling get down here me and your father need to talk to you." My mother yelled from down stairs. "What could you guys want now?" I said as I walked down the steps. I took a seat across from them at the table. "You're going to be getting married." My mother chimed when I was seated. "What the flap jacks are you talking about?!?!" I screamed getting angry at the thought of them wanting to control everything in my life. "Calm down sweet-heart." My dad said in a stern voice. "Why would you guys do this to me?" I asked anger filling my voice as hatred started to take over. "Because we need someone to run the business being as you won't." My father said in a matter of fact voice. "Damn right I won't. I won't become like you guys. I won't marry someone I don't love and don't care about." I said enraged. "Who are you guys making me marry?" I asked settling down after my father glared at me with a glare that makes even the strictest people cringe in far. "Carter West." Mom said with a smile. "What you guys can't make me marry that spoiled rich kid!" I screamed.  "Yes we can and we are, because his parents have already agreed to it." Dad said shrugging his shoulders. "Does he know about this?" I asked hoping he didn't know and he would put an end to this. "His parents are telling him now." Mom said ending the conversation and sending me to school. 



Carter's P.O.V

"What do you mean I have to marry her?" I asked outraged that they think I want to marry a stupid emo kid. "We mean son that you guys must get married to tie the businesses together." Mom said sweetly. "So why are you guys making me marry her? She's so not my type." I whined. "Well you will learn to love her whether you like it or not." Dad sneered pushing me out the door to my car to leave for school.
