So it's Friday now it's been four days since me and Lane talked about you know he said

well that was utter crap. Why? Everyday I found Lane kissing different girls and there are girls saying how much they enjoyed his 'company' if you know what I mean.

Today is my birthday and I am more then happy to stay home with my sick brother then go to school only to get my heart crushed again by Lane.

"Isabel what do you think of wolfs?" Liam asked as we watched a Disney film on TV I think it is called Tarzan but he keeps asking me questions and twirling my hair.

***Lane's POV***

I went to walk in the lounge from the kitchen but something caught me off guard.

"Isabel what do you think of wolfs?" Liam asked. Isabel? Liam?

Good question Liam what does she think as her mate and alpha I should know.

"I think they are wonderful animals. Beautiful nurtured but can be bad at times. Don't mess with them when it comes to their pups and mates but apart from that they are extraordinary." Isabel said. I smiled and walked in.

"I love wolfs."I said. Its true as I am a werewolf.

Isabel looked over at me with no emotion then turned back to Liam and smiled at him. He looked at me gave me a gentle smile then started to twirl Isabel's hair while she watched Tarzan.

"Isabel why are you here with me when it's your birthday?" I heard Liam whisper in Isabel's ear but with werewolf hearing I could hear. I pretended I didn't hear it though and watched TV.

It's Isabel's birthday. It's her birthday and she didn't tell me? Rude.

Suddenly Liam jumped up and ran to the toilet soon followed by Isabel.

'Why didn't she tell me?' I asked my wolf.

'Well maybe she has seen you kiss those whores'

'Get real, the first time we met we acted like a couple but now she has been ignoring me and hasn't told me it's her birthday'

'I'm being real Lane, think about eh?' And with that he blocked me out.

Huh? maybe he's right maybe she did see me kiss those girls.

"But I don't want to go to bed it's only ten." I heard Liam whine. I looked from the TV to see Isabel carrying Liam picking up the blanket they were cuddled up in.

"Your ill Liam you need to sleep, if you want me just call. I've looked after you before. I will come and sleep with you later." Isabel said as they walked up the stairs.

"Okay." Liam cheered and pecked his sisters cheek.

Does she always sleep with Liam and if she does why? All these questions ran through my head.

I don't know my mate.I don't know anything about her and her past.That stayed in my head as much to my dismay.It's true I don't know her enough maybe that's what she means that it won't work between us that we don't know each other?

I heard a creek and I snapped out of my dream to see Isabel coming down the stairs with another blanket. Why does she need a blanket when I'm here?

"Isabel?" I asked but she didn't listen and laid down on the sofa watching the film also glancing up the stairs then to the door. What is she doing? "Issaaaabeeel." said dragging her name. Saying her name gives me shivers of pleasure. She sure does have an effect on me even if she isn't doing anything.
