Invincible

I used to think I was Invincible.
Then you came along.
You pointed out my mistakes and flaws,
Just to prove me wrong.
I can feel my walls tumbling down,
Feel my insecurities coming out.
The smiles once filled with warmth,
Now only used to hide the cold deep below.
The light I used to see is slowly fading,
I no longer feel bulletproof.
Sticks and stones now break my bones
And
Even words pierce right through me.
I used to think I was Invincible.
