"Sir were gonna need you to step back a little, he needs all the space he can get right now until we arrive at the hospital, okay?, thank you."

Why is my husband screaming...

What happened?...

I couldn't move, my limbs, my eye lids they would not move from there sealed position.

What the hell is going on?

So many damn nerve recking questions filter around my head when I suddenly felt a stinging pain in my side.

Fuck!

I screamed in my mind, gritting my teeth together with so much force from this sudden suffering feeling.

"Okay let's try this again guys, where gonna lift him on three okay?"

"W-wait."

I surprised my own self when I herd my voice.

"BABY YOU'RE AWAKE!"

"Sir please if we have to ask you again to step back we may have to put you on his patient temporarily restriction list."

"Would you just keep your hands off of me! I can touch my husband as much as I want."

My body suddenly jolted forward on whatever I was laying on, as well as my eyes prying opening in unbelievable astonishment.

"KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF OF HIM!"

I really don't understand why I was yelling, or how fast my heart picked up speed when I noticed my surroundings.

I was in an ambulance.

Completely unknown.

Deciding to cautiously look around, My sight took in Jacob standing in front of me with blood shot eyes, as if he was crying for days, along with a small bandage above his left brow.

He couldn't have been crying.. because...

Deciding to let my action speak words, I took a sorrowful gulp and knelt my jaw down to inspect my body, immediately noticing my chest wasn't even covered in clothing, no, instead it was covered in red dripping blood.

"AAAAHHHH!"

That damn fucking pain hit me again like a storm wave, immediately causing my back to loose any strength that it had and flop right back on the stretcher mat.

My eyes shut tight and squeezed from the hit.

I-I can't do this..

I can't, when is this gonna end.

"W-what caused him t-to suddenly jump up like that?"

I herd my husbands worried filled words causing my hands to shake, wanting to touch him and pull him near.

God, I sound desperate.

"We'll, I think the "after crash" adrenaline seeped into his body and made him to upright react."

Jacob and I got into a car crash?

My brows scrunched together as I tried to think about earlier, anything, just anything, but sadly nothing popped into my head.

"And highly guessing, him seeing the toll his body took from the impact it immediately alarmed he's brain that he is in some serious pain."

Ugh, he said that "p" word.

My my mouth couldn't help but yelp out a groan, followed by a sudden whimper when I felt a small like pinch on either one of my arms.

"HEY!, W-what are you injecting him with?!??"

"Sir please, I get you care about your husband but all that were are doing is helping him as you can clearly see, we are just giving him liquid strong pain relievers."

"Drugs?"
I herd Jacob mumble as the words that filtered throughout the air suddenly seemed to blur together, I couldn't help but pay little attention.

"Yesssss Druggggsss."

No no I don't want to black out, I need to stay with Jacob, I need to stay awake to let him know that I'm not leaving him.

A light sob escaped my lips as I used my last strength to speak a word.

"N-no." My head shook weakly against the pillow that I didn't know was there.

"No l-leav..e.... J-Jake."

My ears picked up a loud cried along with my name before I herd nothing at all...
