**PROLOGUE**
Kayla POV
I threw myself on my bed in frustration, once again Shea bailed on our plans to hangout with Sean. This was the the third time we made plans together and she cancelled them for her boy toy. Every since her and Sean started dating, it seemed like she forgot I existed.
I quickly undressed and wiped off my makeup that was wasted yet again. I put on sweatpants and a sweatshirt and headed downstairs. "Your not going out tonight?" my mom asked. "No Shea had to cancel." I said while walking to the fridge to get a yogurt. I grabbed a spoon and headed back upstairs to my room, where I laid on my bed with my laptop. I opened up my email, and begin to delete the spam mail, but stopped short at a email subject that read Match.com America's number one dating site!
Not even thinking I clicked on the email and then the link to the website. Sign up now was written on the top right corner and that's were I headed next.
The sign up process was pretty easy, the only downfall to it was that I didn't want to put my name and information on the website so I made up a girl named Heather Matthews, and found a reliable picture on Google. She lived in New York was 17, 5'8 had dirty blond hair, and blue eyes. She loved to cook and garden, and she was a fit women. She liked men who were fit, caring and respectful.
I decided to put my actually age, and the stuff I liked to do and what I saw in a guy. Basically the only lie was my name and what I looked like, no biggie right?
I scanned over the information one last time, for some reason I started to feel guilty. I begin to doubt doing this, making a false account. I heard of the show Catfish and I didn't wanna be like that, however the other half of me thought other wise. What could possible go wrong, if I just keep my limits I can just have guys to talk to as friends. Before I could change my mind again I hit done. Within five minutes, I started to get request from boys close by in New York, some were actually attractive and they wanted to talk to me! I mean Heather, but still. As I scrolled down the list there was one boy who stood out. He was handsome. He fit all the criteria I had listed in what I wanted in a guy, and he had the grayish eyes I have ever seen. He had short black hair that laid nice around his head, and he had amazing cheekbones. Not only that but as I was flipping through the pictures, he had a body that I couldn't quite stop staring at. Soon after drooling over him I accepted his request.
That's when it all started, with just a simply click....
