In the busy streets of Makati City

Avery : " Gosh ! late nanaman ako for work bakit ba kasi never naresolve tong traffic sa Pilipinas sa araw araw na pag pasok ko sa trabaho , araw araw din akong kung hindi late e sakto lang dumating sa office!"

"Miss Avery Henley De la Vega , I believe you are aware that you have a meeting with a very important client today right?" . Natigilan si Avery nang marining ang authoritative na boses n un habang naglalakad sa lobby ng kanilang building . It was her dad probably going for a meeting outside the office .

"Yes dad.. ahm sorry , yes Mr. De la Vega , nothing to worry Im very much prepared for the presentation and Im confident enough that I'll get this deal ." sinabayan nya pa ng confident na ngiti para mas makumbinsi ang ama . "Well you know Im result driven so mas importante sa'kin na makita ang pirmadong contract kesa marinig how prepared you are " wika ng ama .

"Yes sir , and excuse me I still need to do a brief meeting with my team before the presentation. I'll go for now." un na lamang ang nasabi nya at agad nang umalis papunta sa kanyang opisina.

Its been 3 years since mamatay ang mommy ni Avery due to cancer , since then pakiramdam nya marami na ang nagbago sa kanila ng daddy nya . He's not as sweet as he is before napansin nyang mas naging subsob sa trabaho ang dad nya at doon nalamang inuubos and oras . Sa opisina ay very formal and professional silang mag ama kng mag usap , and she understands kahit noon pa man nang magsimula syang mag OJT sa kanilang construction company ay di nila pinaalam na anak sya ng may ari so she won't get any special treatment . She's now the company's marketing manager pero di naging madali para kay Avery ang pag abot sa posisyong kinalalgyan nya ngaun . She has to work hard even rendered overtimes and work on weekeends pra lang matapos ang mga projects and proposals na kailangan tapusin kaya't alam nya sa sarili na kung anu man ang narating nya ngayon ay tlgang pinag hirapan nya .

After she gave her final briefing sa team nya they went ahead to the board room to start their presentation.

"Hi Miss De la Vega , Im Luis Medrano , COO of M & A Realty Im here on behalf of our CEO . " pakilala ng lalaking tingin nya ay nsa mid 40's ang tanda . Agad namang nakipag kamayan si Avery nang ilahad nito ang kanyang mga kamay . "Good morning Mr. Medrano its my pleasure to meet you , if I may ask on the final confirmation of your company yesterday we were advised that we'll be presenting to M&A's CEO , where is he? " puno ng curiosity na pagtatanong nya .

"As much as our CEO would like to be here and see the presentation in person unpredictable events happened on our Cebu site and he needs to fly there first thing in the morning . "

" We definitely understand Mr. Medrano , so let's go ahead and start the presentation then."

The presentation went well and Avery is confident that the'll get the deal . Well they have to , these past few months they're having some struggles with regards to the companies projects , napakalaki ng deal na ito at talagang malaking tulong ang maibibigay sa kumpanya kng makukuha nya and also she knows she'll make her dad proud if she gets this deal with a company as big as M&A Realty .

"I love it! I really like your proposal Ms. De la Vega , just do me one favor can you send us a copy of your presentation ? Although Im here to represent our company , I still need to show this to our CEO and he insists that if I'll be pleased with your presentation which I am he still needs to see and look into it personally before signing the contract. " ani ni Mr. Medrano.

Hindi ito inaasahan ni Avery , kanina ay confident sya na makukuha nila ang deal based sa good facial expresion ng team ni Mr. Medrano during the presentation . Pero hndi nya alam bakit parang meron syang hindi magandang kutob nang sabihin na kailngan pa muna makita ng CEO ng realty ang proposal nila . "Wala ba syang tiwala sa desisyon ng COO nya sa mga ganitong bagay? Baka mapurnada pa to ." sa loob loob niya. Kaya't may lakas ng loob niyan sinabi, "I wont let the CEO just look into our proposal via email only , when is he available so I can go to him and present it personally? "

Nakita niya ang gulat at pagkamangha ng mga tao sa loob ng board room , agad napatikhim c Mr. Medrano at sinabi : "He'll be in Cebu for a few weeks kailangan nya mgstay doon para ayusin ung isang site , I doubt you'll be able so see him in person anytime soon Ms. De la Vega ."

"Then I'll go to Cebu then , if I can present to him here then let me bring it to him . I'll have my secretary arrange my flight and coordinate with his so we can meet there . Mr . Medrano this is very important for me and to our company , please let me present this to him ." pakiusap niya sa ginoo.

Pakiramdam niya ay nabakas nito sa kanyang mga mata ang sinceridad at determinasyon na makuha ang project na to so he said " Alright Ms. De la Vega , I'll help you as much as I can let your secretary contact mine for the details . " at nginitian nya it na alam nyang gusto tlga syang tulungan ng ginoo na makuha ang project .
