Finally, I have arrived in Paris. After what felt like weeks were in fact 13 hours and 20 minutes. All I wanted to do was to eat and sleep, and I don't think I was the only one, Snow needed to eat and rest as well. Throughout the trip, he was in full alert mode. He can be very protective of me since I moved to San Diego.

In the beginning, I felt annoyed to his attention since at the time I was really upset thinking I would never see dad again, but Snow would show up in my room every morning with the newspaper and I would just close the door in his face. Snow bringing in the newspaper reminded me of waking up early in the morning just to watch dad calmly read it and drink his coffee, just before he would take me up to school. In fact, at the time I just wanted to be alone so I mourned for a month. Regardless to say, Snow never gave up at all and would stay by my side whenever he had the chance to, for instance when I would leave my room to go to go the kitchen to get water or food. However, this did not last for long.

One day Snow showed up at my room once again with the newspaper and once again I closed the door and locked it. I stayed up in my room napping, but towards the evening I started feeling really hungry so I opened the door to go to the kitchen and tripped, that is when I heard a pained noise. I looked back and saw Snow lying down, shivering with tail curled and eyes closed. I reached to touch him and he opened his blue eyes. Instead, he stared at me with red puffy eyes, and whenever I attempted to touch him, he would flinch and make another pained sound. He was hurt. I touched his forehead and realized he had a fever.

I went to the kitchen to check if he has been eating and I realized his food and water bowl were full. How long must has it been since he last ate? It must have been days. I quickly took him to the vet and got his medication to treat the fever. We spent that evening together cuddled in the living room watching a movie while I fed him the food he has been avoiding because of me. Since then I have always promised to take care of him because I knew he would be doing the same.

We finally reach the hotel at twelve o'clock, and I change into my red-blue stripped flannel shirt and put on a navy blue sweater on top, along with light Calvin Klein jeans and my black high ankle boots before taking my crimson-red scarf and black coat to buy some food. Snow and I quickly run to the groceries market one block away, to get some dog food and some water for him so that he can eat at the hotel before we go to a restaurant to have lunch.

When I am back I realize my window is open and the curtains are slightly ajar. Strange, I remember leaving it closed before I left. I run towards my window, I look down and see no one, just the garbage bin stock and some trash bags left around the corner. Snow starts sniffing the air and starts barking towards the window, I quiet him down to avoid getting thrown away from the hotel.

I start unpacking and the first thing I do is secure the money in the safe with a random code and make a note in my head to remember it later. I leave some money in my wallet to use for lunch and the Eiffel Tower trip. I need to look for any good restaurant that is near the Eiffel Tower and that is pet-friendly:
