"Come on Ja'Vontae work with me baby" I whined
My son was definitely not working with me right now.
I was trying to get him ready so we could go grocery shopping but he decided he wanted to play.
I was about to put his pants on when my phone went off. I seen it was Kareem calling so I went ahead and answered
"Hey baby" I said
"Wassup beautiful"
"Nothing trying to get Vontae dressed so I can go buy some food" I said putting on his pants
"I was just calling you to tell you that I was on my way. I'll drive"
"My car? because you don't have car seat"
"I actually went and bought one since we gonna be using my car too sometimes"
I smiled. I swear Kareem just too perfect for me. Like he don't hide shit from me. He makes me answer his phone his dm's snaps shit anything regarding his phone I can do. He's always calling me making sure I'm good. I honestly don't know why I didn't find him first

We hung up and I quickly finished dressing him so I could go downstairs and open the door for Kareem.
I was honestly surprised when JR told me he actually bought a house for us. I was just going to rent a condo or something small just for us 3. Well 5 if you include Aaliyah who's been here everyday since we've lived here. She barely left yesterday when JR left for Cali. And Kareem's been staying here as well but he didn't want to stay to much since JR was still getting used to him being around our son. And besides the whole point for this was so that Kareem wasn't around more than JR.
