Demi's P.O.V
I woke up to the alarm set on Sam's phone and gently woke her, I was excited as we were going to record our song later. Sam got dressed and I made breakfast. I have an interview after I drop Sam off at school, so I put a bowl of cereal out for Sam and went upstairs to get changed. I put on a pair of blue ripped Jeans, a black short sleeved top, and a leather jacket. I went downstairs after doing my hair and make up. Sam was sitting at the kitchen table with her head in her hands "what's wrong baby girl" I asked her as I sat next to her at the table, a bowl of disintegrated soggy cornflakes sat in front of her untouched. She said something but it was muffled by her hands. The ride to school was quiet until Sam spoke up "I'm sorry Demi, it's nothing to worry your pretty little head about" we giggled and we pulled up at school, she walked slowly towards the gate looking around cautiously, I am starting to get a bit worried, I'll deal with it later. I pulled out of the school and headed to the Ellen studio. I got ready, Ellen introduced me and I walked out to neon lights, she asked me about the tour which is ending soon before I go to Europe, my music and then we started talking about Sam.

E. So Demi, a little birdy told me you adopted a little girl, is that true
D. Yes, it is
E. So tell me about her
D. Her name is Samantha, she is eleven, she has some amazing talent, she plays the guitar and piano and she is the best decision I ever made

E. So I know she has been receiving a lot of hate tweets how is she dealing with it all.
D. she is dealing with it all pretty well, i think, I'm actually thinking of asking to come on my Europe tour with me.
E. that would be a great idea, So you know that I love giving you gifts every time you are here, and I thought about it really hard this time and i know you said that she plays guitar earlier so...ANDY
Andy brought out two matching guitars and a tub of something and set them down beside me.
E. i know you have already bought her a guitar but i thought about it and i got you both a new guitar and Sam's has been signed by me and a lot of the guests that have been here in the last couple of weeks or so.
D. Oh My Gosh, thanks so much, she will love it.
We chatted for a little longer and i left. On the way to my car i checked the time it was 2:30, i hadn't had anything to eat since breakfast and i had to pick Sam up in under two hours so i decided to get a subway drivethru on the way to pick Sam up, i had the new guitars Ellen had given us and put them in my trunk, i drove back home stopping off at Subway on the way home. I eventually got home at 3:30, half an hour till i have to pick Sam up, her school is a 10 minute drive but i want to walk, so i put the guitars in the music room, changed from my high heels into my trainers, grabbed my phone and $10 out of my purse, put them in my pocket and went to pick Sam up from school.
I got to Sam's School at 3:55, and A few parents approached me and asked me who i was waiting for, i signed a few autographs for their Children and Sam walked up to me, i heard one mom gasp and say "Oh My Gosh, Demi is here for that freak", i almost turned around and shouted at her but Sam just said "Leave it", we walked away and saw another red mark on her cheek similar to the one she got the other day. We got home and Sam put on the TV while i Made her a drink, the Ellen Show was on the TV, it must be a repeat from today's show. I sat down next to Sam after putting her drink on the table, we watched to show and then turned to the ID channel, After a while Sam cuddled into me and fell asleep, so i turned the TV off and went on twitter, there wasn't as many notifications as usual so i looked at them, just fan comments, after i favourited some of the tweets my Lovatics sent me & watched them freak out over it, i took a picture of me and Sam while she was asleep and posted it on twitter captioned; 'Me and My Favourite girl in the world.. Love you @SamLovato', Sam's Phone rang and woke Sam up. i grabbed her phone, before she could answer it herself, Claire!
