SARA'S POV
"Sara as much as I love you, you have to go back!" Laurel yells as I explain to her what would happen to me if the League found me here.

"I don't want to go back, Laurel... I don't want to get brainwashed like the rest of those losers. I miss being home with you and dad," I explain. "Don't you miss me?"

"Of course I missed you, but I'd rather you be alive than me being the reason you're dead." Laurel sits down and catches her breath. "And I'll know you're safe out there. This Nyssa girl you were talking about seems to care about you a lot."

"I wouldn't be so sure anymore. I abandoned her. Plus, I've been gone long enough for the League to notice. I'll be dead even if I decide to go back." I sigh as I sit down. The thought of Nyssa sent chills down my spine, knowing if I went back, Nyssa would tear me apart in training. If I even got the chance to train again. I felt guilty for leaving Nyssa behind with no note or any sign of goodbye.

Laurel broke her thoughts. "You need to talk to Oliver."

"What?" I asked.

"You need to talk to Oliver Queen. He'll know what to do." Laurel repeats.

"Oliver is alive?" I ask in shock.

"Yeah. He was found almost four years ago. You have no idea what he's been up to."

"What is so hard about not telling people about this place?!" Oliver yells at Laurel as she tries to explain she brought a visitor. AKA me.

"Trust me, Ollie. You can trust her." Laurel looks back at me, and I walk into the light so the whole team can see me.

"Sara?" Oliver looked at me in shock.

"Hey, Ollie," I say shyly not knowing how he might react.

"Wait. This is Sara?" A blonde girl interrupts. Probably Oliver's girlfriend by the way she's gripping his arm. "I don't mean this to sound rude or anything, but aren't you supposed to be dead?"

I chuckle. "Almost. I got lucky."

"How did you get home?" The blonde girl asks.

"I escaped where I was staying. They call it Nanda Parbat. It's home to the League of Assassins." I explain. Oliver almost stumbled over his own two feet when he heard those words.

"I thought they were just a myth." A taller, dark man walked towards the group.

"Nope. It's real. I trained there for a year and a half until I was strong enough to escape." I say.

"How did you survive?" Oliver asks. "Their training brutal and they practically brainwash you into only fighting and killing," Oliver says.

"Like I said. I got lucky. My 'friend,' Nyssa, found me on the beach on Lian Yu. I was lying there for about five days before she found me. I didn't fully recover until three months later." I explain.

"But how..." I cut Oliver off.

"Nyssa is heir to the demon. Next to the throne." I say. Oliver is practically on the floor as I explain everything that happened. I left the part out about Nyssa and I being in love. I don't think I'd be able to handle anymore wrath from Oliver and his judgment about me joining the League. Whether it was my choice or not.

*2 hours later*

"Let me reach out to some people and figure this out." Oliver gets up and walks away.

"Well, that went better than expected." Laurel walks over to me from behind and places her hands on my shoulders.

"I don't think I've properly introduced myself. I'm Felicity." The blonde woman holds out her hand. I accept her handshake and give her a smile in return.

"I'm John, but most people call me Diggle." I take in his handshake and his posture. He was probably in the army before he ended up here with Oliver.

"And this is Ray, Dinah, Roy, and Rene." I nod at the four people standing near what seems like a control center. Felicity spent the next hour explaining what "Team Arrow" does.

"You fight?" I look at my sister Laurel who is casually biting her nails.

"Mhmm." Is all she says.

"Wow. I have missed a lot." I sigh, knowing it's only going to get harder from here.
