magic academy | joey birlem (ON PAUSE)

001 ; first day

hi, my name is mia and today's my first day attending magic academy. if you guys are wondering what magic academy is, it's basically a school that teaches magic. the powers are fire, water, air and earth.

magic academy is a school for only the best of the best and.. i dont really understand why they chose me to be their new student, why? because im a late bloomer, well a REALLY late bloomer. im 14 and still don't have any powers, which is kinda ridiculous cause you're meant to get it before the age 10. 

anyway right now im on my way to magic academy which is located on top of a huge hill. im listening to music through my earphones and my little brother is playing with his toys. my mum is driving and my dad is on his phone playing candy crush

"we're here!" my mum shouted. i looked outside the window and i saw huge buildings, it was 10am so there weren't any students outside. as i went out the car i saw a man waiting for us, "welcome to magic academy, i'm the principal nice to meet you" "nice to meet you mr robinson, we are so grateful that our daughter is able to attend your academy" my dad said while shaking his hand. "i am very excited to see all the amazing things your daughter will learn" mr robinson said while looking at me.

mr robinson took me and my family to my dorm room. "okay, we're going to leave now bye honey" my mum said. "bye guys, i'll miss you" i hugged my family goodbye. when they went out of my dorm room i turned to mr robinson, "mr robinson, you do know im a late bloomer right?" "yes, yes i do" he replied. "then why did you choose me to attend magic academy even though i have no powers whatsoever?" mr robinson smiled, "because you're different to everyone one else" i looked at him in confusion, how am i different? yeah i'm a late bloomer that's what's different. "okay i'm going to go now, here's your timetable and if you need anything just knock on my door" i nodded. he walked out and shut the door silently.

i unpacked all my stuff and fell straight to sleep on my freshly new bed.
