Hi guys! So, I am in my school's play, "The Lion King Jr.". I am also on my middle school's cross country team. Seeing as being strongly dedicated to both activities. I always go to all the practices, meets, and rehearsals(I'm a lioness by the way.). At the beginning of the school year for seventh grade, my mom attended a meeting about the school year. The people said that the middle school play wouldn't interfere with cross country. It is now the eighth week of school. A few days ago in choral class, girls who are on the cross country team and in the play are called by the athletic director for a quick meeting. We are told about having to make a decision on going to rehearsal for the play or going to the states meet for cross country. Being told this, I grew very sad because I want to do both things, and do not want to have to choose. Should I pick choral? I have been working hard, and I am a lioness. Should I pick the states meet? I have been working hard on improving my running skills and have hugely improved from last year. This is very frustrating. At the same time, I am very sad and annoyed that we must make this ridiculous choice. I don't know. I still haven't decided yet.
