--My feet were crunching against the grass as I sprinted through the forest. Nothing in my mind except that I had to run, run from the dwarves. They were slowly gaining on me, being that they were on ponies. But me, being an elf, I was very quick. Soon, though, the dwarves were close on my tail. I knew that I could outsmart them, and that I did. I suddenly threw myself to the ground, the ponies passed me, but the dwarves had spotted me. I jumped up onto my feet while the dwarves dismounted their ponies.
--The dwarves were holding shields and axes, slowly advancing on me, I left my shield on my horse, which I'm pretty sure was dead by then. The dwarves reached me, I backed up as the one on the left swung his axe, looking to kill me. Then I dodged the second dwarf's axe. I kept backing up, trying to tire the dwarves out while dodging their axes. I occasionally blocked the axes with my sword. Then it happened, the dwarf on the right lowered his shield, getting lazy. The other one swung his axe, I sidestepped it, swung my sword, and decapitated the dwarf.
--I sprinted at the other dwarf, who raised his shield, I quickly jabbed the point of my sword into the shield, using the shield to topple the dwarf, who dropped his shield. The dwarf got up, looking for his shield. Before he could spot it, I swung my sword and brought it to meet his neck, disconnecting the head and body. I then continued back towards the south, running, all the way to the village of Thilethenora.

---------------------------------------------------------

--Once I reached Thilethenora, I went straight to the village leader, Elephon, who's house was at the fourth level of our village. I was immediately let into his house when the guards heard my story. They told me to wait in the front room while they went and brought Elephon out.
--Soon, Elephon emerged into the room, he greeted me with, "Hello, Elyon. According to my lovely guards, you have a scout report for me?"
--I confirmed, "Yes, sir, in fact, I do, there is a secret dwarf hideout not far to the north of this village. I was attacked on my way back by what I assumed were two scouts."
--After thinking for a moment, Elephon suggested, "Why don't you go bring our military leader here, eh? We could discuss a plan of action."
--"Yes, sir," I left the leader's house, heading back down to the forest floor, where the military leader, Ayla, was teaching archery. Even though Thilethenora was only a decade old, we still had a big and very well trained army. I approached Ayla, urgently whispering to her, "Elephon requests you in his house."
--"Very well," she strode off to the leader's house. I sat down, watching the class practice archery, they were all hitting the target, but I could see flaws in their stature and technique. I decided to help, I approached the first student, who had his bow slanted, I fixed the problem for him, giving him some slight tips on how to aim better.
--He responded to my help with, "Then you do it."
--I smirked and replied with, "Gladly," he handed me his bow. I took and arrow, placed it on the string, drew the bow. I aimed and let the string go. The arrow landed right on the bullseye. The kid gawked as I handed his bow back. I continued until Ayla returned, who beckoned me over.
--She said, "Elephon declared that you would be on the front lines, and that if you excel, you would be placed on the front lines of my army," she sighed, "The army will depart at high noon tomorrow, meet here."
--"Yes ma'am," I replied enthusiastically, continuing back to my house to get some rest.
--Then I heard Ayla yell, "Hey! Scout!" I turned around and saw her running towards me, "Scout, my students say that you helped them. Is that true?"
--"Yes ma'am."
--"Well," she said, "Based on what they say, I think you will be worthy of that front lines position. Bye." I walked back to my house, happy to rest and get to the battle and prove my worth.

---------------------------------------------------------

--The next day arrived, I jumped out of bed and got ready quickly. I ate my normal breakfast at the dining hall before getting my armor, weapons and shield. I was down at the place of departure at a quarter to noon. I took my place at the front row of the army, right behind Ayla. At noon, Ayla lead us north, towards the hideout. Once we arrived at the hideout, Ayla turned to me, saying, "What do we do here, now?"
--I walked forwards, towards a huge tree, and remembered to yesterday, when I saw a dwarf enter this tree. I circled the tree, trying to find an entrance into the tree, and I saw it, a hole in the tree. I reached my arm in there, and I felt a metal bar, I pulled upwards on it, and the trees remedy to open up to my right, where the army was. Ayla continued to the gap in the tree.
--Ayla said, "Elyon, you will come down second, then the rest will follow."
--"Yes ma'am," Ayla disappeared into the tree, I followed, approaching the gap. Inside the middle of the tree was a hole, inside that hole was a metal ladder that descended into darkness. I started down the ladder, quickly following Ayla down into the hideout.
--I finally found the floor, I let go of the rungs, seeing light flooding through another door. I exited the entrance to find myself in a huge dome, like a stadium. the floor, ceiling, and walls were stone, while the seats, doors, and such were wooden. Ayla was standing in the middle of the room, I approached her.
--"I have a bad feeling about this," she worried, "I would think that there would be guards outside the entrance while there's not a show going on."
--"I agree," I said, "Maybe the guards just didn't get up, they're very lazy, you know."
--"Yeah," she agreed. We waited until the whole army arrived down in the stadium, then we started towards one of the doors. Suddenly, we heard a yell from behind us, I turned around and I saw one of our men on the ground, I drew my sword and held up my shield. Ayla yelled, "Get back up the ladder, fall back!" Dwarves were now flooding through the doors and down towards us. Arrows were flying, I had to cover my face with the shield to avoid being hit by arrows. Meanwhile, I was backing up, until I hit a wall, I let down my shield, to see what was happening, I had backed up to the wall beside the entrance. The elves were leaving, I  was the last one not exiting, I ran towards the exit.
--I felt a sharp pain in my side, I looked towards the spot of the pain and I saw an arrow, I was shot. Dwarves were running at me, I swung by sword. It was blocked by a shield and I felt another sharp pain before blacking out.
