What a life eh?

Chapter 1:

"What do you want to do?" My best friend Natalie asked as were sitting in my living room

"I don't know, want to go see Need For Speed the Rivals?" I ask. I've really wanted to see that movie ever since I saw the trailers for it and it finally came out today

"Yeah lets go, but Cass?"

I turned around to look at her

"Yeah?"

"It's like The Fast and Furious"

I had to laugh at that because every time I told her about this movie she'd always say that. I grabbed money off the counter and asked my parents if we can go. They said yes so Nat and I started walking to the theatres. I don't live that far from it maybe 5-10mins tops.

When we got there it was a bit busy but it was Friday night so we both expected it.

"Hi two tickets for Need For Speed the Rivals?" I asked the guy

"yup that'll be $20.00 please"

i handed him the money got our tickets then got popcorn, we had 10mins before the show started so we went to sit on the chairs Nat and i were looking around seeing if we knew anybody then she says

"is there anything troubling you that i should know about?"

Natalie and i have been best friends for close to two years the first year of grade nine we gotten really close

"i don't know just the same i guess.. Really wish i can stop liking him but i can't"

she looks at me then says

"I know that its been tough plus you just moved to this school this year and you don't talk to much people but trust me it will get better and you might just find someone better then Erik"

i sigh but i know that she's right it'll just take time. The movie was going to start in a minute so we got up and went to go watch it.
