"Are you sure I can't punch him in the face?"

"Yes."

"What if I just break his nose a little?"

"So, we bring them here where you guys slaughter them!?"

"Pretty much," I deadpanned.

"Intense."

"Mason?"

"Yeah?"

"Shut up!"

"Thanks Hayden." I gave her a thankful smile.

"You're welcome."

"Since when did you say "thank you" to people, Malia?" Stiles questioned me incredulously.

"Since always?" I stated but it sounded more like a question.

"No, you have not. You usually want to beat someone up."

"Yeah, I get those urges and right now, I have that urge." I clenched my right hand into a fist and took a step towards Stiles who jumped behind Scott, making a squeaking noise. "Yeah, you hide behind Scott." I nodded, taking a step back, looking to Hayley who had an amused expression.

"You dated him?" She gestured to the figure who was still hiding behind Scott. "What did you do, treat him like a baby twenty four-seven?" I shrugged, not answering which made Klaus chuckle.

"Well, aren't you glad you upgraded?" Klaus questioned as he wrapped his arm around me.

"Who said I upgraded? You sometimes act like you're in your terrible two's." Klaus scowled at me but did not take his arm off of me. I'm glad he didn't because I feel safe and grounded in his arms. He's like my anchor.

"You do, brother." I looked to Elijah and smirked.

"I agree with these two idiots." Hayley pointed at both Elijah and I.

"My own family," Klaus gasped, looking between us with fake betrayed eyes.

"Can we please get back to the main problem?" Hayden spoke, annoyed, wanting to get back on track.

"Yes, please." I rolled my eyes and turned to Stiles who decided to speak up, again. "You want us to be bait so you can kill them all, by yourselves?"

"Yes, Stiles." I sighed, bored and frustrated. "You can go hide somewhere while the grownups do all the hard work," I told him, crossing my arms.

"That's–"

"–a great idea." I cut him off. "Okay, now let's get doing."

"Going."

"What?" I narrowed my eyes.

"It's get going, not doing." I glared at Stiles, done with his shit." "O-kay... i'll shut up now."

"Good."

"I hate this plan." I heard Stiles murmur to himself as the pack came walking into the compound. "I don't know if you're listening or not, but i'm really hoping you are. They're behind us, maybe a block or so." I nodded and looked over at Klaus who was looking at me in concern.

I looked back down to see Stiles running up the stairs, already looking out of breath. I shook my head at him as the rest of the pack hid in different areas of the compound, waiting. We didn't even have to wait long before a swarm of people in bullet vests and holding guns came in, looking around.

"Where are they?" I heard one of them ask.

"Over here." I zoomed to the other side of the room as they all pointed their guns in the area I was just in. I grinned before jumping down, landing behind them. "For assassins, you suck at assassinating." They turned to me but before they could do anything, I zoomed forward, grabbed guns from two of the assassins and slammed them down onto the spot between their shoulder neck, killing them almost instantly.

"Malia." I quickly turned my head towards the familiar voice to find Rebekah and Derek standing there, Rebekah holding two big bundles in her arms.

My eyes widened, totally forgetting about the assassins for a few seconds before I saw the fear and panicked look in both of their eyes but then Rebekah grabbed Derek's hand and they zoomed upstairs. I knew Klaus would take care of them as I take care of the assholes who were here to kill all of us.

Scared for my children's lives, I zoomed through the swarm of assassins, knocking their guns out of their hands and snapping necks. I looked around, using my hearing to see if there was anymore coming. What I heard made me frightened. There was more coming. That's when I realized that they were following Rebekah, Derek and.... my babies.

When the other assassins arrived and saw the dead bodies surrounding me, they all pointed their guns at me. Now outraged with what I just realized, I ran forward, jumping over the dead bodies, going into my coyote form. I jumped onto one of the assassins and clawed his face before snapping my teeth at the ones who just stood there for a second before they started firing away.

While I was snapping, biting and clawing away at the assassins, Klaus was upstairs yelling at Rebekah and Derek for putting his and Malia's children in danger. While that was happening, the McCall Pack excluding Stiles, was watching Malia maliciously and savagely tear the assassins apart. All the while, Stiles was up in Malia's room, looking at all of her stuff. He found a manly shirt and scoffed, realizing it must've been one of Klaus'.

When the last of the assassins fell, dead, Malia ran up the stairs, still in her coyote form. Once she made it to the room in which everyone was in excluding the pack, she transformed back to human. Everyone turned to face her, finding her covered in blood and naked, unleashed tears in her eyes.

Without even thinking, Klaus stepped forward, took his jacket off and wrapped it around her. The McCall came running in, Stiles right behind them to see Malia picking up two babies, both a couple months old.

"My babies," I whispered, tears falling down my cheeks. "Klaus." I looked at the guy who I thought I would never fall for, but here I am. He walked towards me and the babies, wrapping one arm around me as the other caressed our children's faces. "Our babies."
