Chapter Seventeen: Trust Me,Love Me,Fuck Me

It has been four months. Honestly not much has happened. No one has actually bothered me that much. I guess it is because I was nominated to automatically make the top five.
It is now the start of February and today is the first day of second semester.

I have applied to Universities. Now I am just anxiously waiting to get a response.  Of course like anybody else I want to receive an acceptance letter from my top pick. I'm very worried. I want to do great things in life, and I need my University to do those amazing things.

There was now only five of us left in the games. It wasn't surprising when Minnie had lost or even when Lisa did, but it was surprising when Mira did. We don't really talk anymore and I hate to say it but I don't think she was ever a real friend to me. I'm not even sure what is going to happen. You can just imagine how  many points they won for getting with someone who was suppose to be in the top five.
So let me give you the update on what happened within the four months.

Charlie had slept with Minnie and because he was the protector he got two points for doing so.

Ian has still only got with Kat, the girl who was on Trent's team. Currently he has four points and I think it is just going to stay like that.

Trent is in second place right now. He has been with Kira the girl from Ian's team and Lisa the girl from his team. He is in second place with five points.

Jaden has zero points and for some reason I think it's actually his game plan this year.

Then there's Leo. I missed him. I didn't really talk to him much within the past four months. Not when he slept with Mira. He got six points for her. Putting him in the lead.

It hurt. But it's the rule of the game don't fall in love. So I isolated myself from them. Of course I talk to the girls they were my best friends. The best thing that has come out of this whole thing. Making friends that could possibly last a lifetime and working harder in school to do my best.

I brushed my hair and took two small sections and put them in tiny space buns. Letting the rest of my hair down.

I slipped my leggings on and put a grey long sleeve that was opened in the back. I packed my binders in my bag and made my way downstairs.

Oh and as for Ian and I? Our parents are still dating. He asked my mom to move in with them. She said no, she enjoyed her space and said she would think about it once I go off to University. She was mature about it. She cared about my feelings. I just hate holding her back.

If only she could just understand what I was going through at school I wouldn't have go lie to her.

"Bye mom I'll see you in a couple days, have fun on our business trip." Smiling I grabbed my keys off the counter and headed for the door. Just as I started walking out I heard her.

"Yes because work is so much fun." She said sarcastically as I giggled to myself I got in my CRV and drove to school.

Starting today they I will not have enough freedom as what I would like to.

When I got to school I walked to my locker seeing the familiar face of Melody. "Hey melody how did your exams end up going?" I asked starting to undue the combination on my lock.

"Ugh english completely sucked, hopefully my mark is high enough though. I am really hoping I get into that law school. I would hate to let my parents down." Both of her parents were lawyers, they were nice people they just had very high expectations.

"I am sure you will get in. You had the top marks for like all of your classes last semester and besides, this semester is you easy one." I explained playfully nudging her.
