The lights of the city went off. It was pitch black and no electricity was working. There was a crowd of people standing in the middle of the road; contemplating whether this was really happening or not.. 'was it a power-cut?' they thought. but no, power-cuts like this hadn't occurred since 2019!
Suddenly, a very bright light hit the earth, it shone upon the city; lighting up all the streets once again. But the light wasn't coming from the lampposts; or the car headlights; or the shop or house lights. it was coming from a large flying object in the size of a ship! 'A UFO' they thought; and then they gasped at that thought. They watched as the ship slowly went down to land. It made a huge screech as it landed, then out came a few people with goggles on; the goggles sank deep into their tanned bodies.They stood still, inspecting the humans with there bare goggled eyes, and finally they uttered a sentence loud enough for everyone to hear.
"We come in peace." They said.
