Charlie's POV
As I slowly feel the pounding, torturous beat of the blood rushing to my head after sitting up, I find bloodstained chains on my ankles and wrists. It is pitch black, and the only light comes through holes the size of ants, somewhat sunlight coming through. I want to break free from it, but I'm not strong enough, so I don't try. After a while I get tired and debate with myself whether or not I should, although after a few moments, I decide against it, worried about what might happen if I do fall asleep, or if I never wake up.
After what must have been hours, there's a click and the door is opened, a tall man walking through the threshold. From what I can tell of the stranger's silhouette, he or she has tall, pointy hair that sticks up and makes them look like a cactus, and is very muscly, which makes me decide to pull more towards a man than a woman. I could never recognize him anywhere, for I've never seen anyone like him.
Much to my predicted expectation, the stranger was male, and very tall. "Do you want food or not?" he rudely asked in a thick British accent, holding a plastic bowl. Geez, I thought, you sure know how to make someone feel like a nuisance. Though I can only bring myself to say nothing, but nod my head at the man. "I can't hear a freaking HEAD NOD! I said, DO YOU WANT FOOD OR NOT?!" he yelled. I shriveled back into the corner, flinching at his words and tone of voice. "Y-yes please." was all I could manage to force out of me. Then before he left, he mumbled something so low it was kind of hard to hear. All my head can seem to keep doing is repeating his words. "Too bad."

Ooohhhh cliffhangerrr!!!!! I hate them too and would love to keep going and post right now, but I'm putting myself on a schedule so yea.. srry❤️ but anyways on a brighter note:
