I hurry and aim my gun at him. I know Scott's eyes change. "I haven't seen that color on you, it suits you," Gerard says.

"Alex, put the gun down. He can help us," Chris says.

"Why should I? He killed my mom," I reply.

Before he can answer. "Who's the old guy?" Liam asks.

"At the moment, they would call me a necessary evil but you can call me Gerard," Gerard answers.

"What were you thinking?" Scott asks.

"That we need him," Chris answers.

"He's right. If you want to catch a werewolf like the Beast of Géavudan. You need more than one Argent. So put the gun down," Gerard adds.

Chris walks over to us. "He knows all the stories. All the Folklore. Everything written and everything passed down," Chris defends.

I put my gun down. "I'm going back to the car until you figure this out," I say.

"I don't remember you in Scott's pack," Gerard says.

"I wasn't then. We met when you killed my mom," I reply.

I sit on the car until Scott and Liam get back. Argent and Gerard by them. I roll my eyes. "Alex," Scott says. I look at him. "Your eyes."

I look in a mirror. They're red. So I'm some kind of Chimera. Of side effect because I died. "You're an Alpha," Gerard says.

"Former Alpha, former werewolf," I reply and shrug. They look at me confused. "You see I can't turn into a werewolf. I don't even know what the Dread Doctors made me to be."

I try to turn but it doesn't work. So I grab Gerard's knife and cut my hand a bit. It doesn't heal. "Well I guess I'm not done looking. I need to know what I am," I say. So I grab my gun and start walking back.

This is creepy. Maybe I can find a different way back up. Then I hear something move. I turn around and see a girl behind me. "Who the hell are you?" I ask.

"My name is Hayden. Theo asked me to keep an eye on you," she answers.

I lower my gun. "I'm a big girl. I can take care of myself," I assure. She looks at me. "You know I've dealt with a pack of Alpha's, sweetie you're nothing compared to them."

Her eyes start to glow. "I'd be more impressed if they were red. Come on but I'm not going to stop looking," I say. Where have I heard the name Hayden? I look at her and smile. Liam and her are a thing.

So when we get to a door we stop. I look to see if there is another door. "Hayden do you feel a vibration?" I ask. She nods. "From one place or everywhere?"

"Everywhere," she answers. We're somewhere. I look around for a secret entrance. Hayden realizes something. "Maybe we're in the wrong direction."

I find the secret way. Someone has been using this spot. "Alex we should go back," Hayden says. I look around. Then Theo walks in and freezes.

"Yeah Hayden I think you're right, we should go back," I say.

Then there is another person coming in. She was in a younger grade. Her name is Tracy. Apparently she is a Kanima. I slowly move my gun. "Hayden I think you should stay with Theo. I'm going back to London tonight anyways."

Suddenly Tracy moves closer slowly. I grab my gun and shoot her tail. She screams and she's pissed. I aim my gun at her.

"I'm a perfect shot. Don't follow me, don't try to grab me," I say.
