(Alex gets to his house sober. He goes to his parlor and throws his bag to the chair and sits down stressfully.)
Alex: (Worried.) I know she will never forgive me, I know she will.
(His mother Grace comes to the parlor and sees him.)
Grace: Alex.
Alex: (No response.)
Grace: Alex.
Alex: (no response.)
Grace: Alex!!!
Alex: (Recovers in shock.) Yes mother.
Grace: Alex, what's wrong with you? I have been calling you for five minutes and you seized to answer.
Alex: There is no problem.
Grace: No problem, are you sure with that?
Alex: Mother Jessica broke my heart today, she did. She thought I was having an external affairs with Destiny, but I wasn't. Now she called off the relationship.
Grace: You've got to take it like that my dear son Alex. It doesn't mean because you're no longer engaged with her means that the world has collapsed.
Alex: (Cuts in.) I love her so much mother, you won't understand the type of love I have for her, you won't understand mother.
