HIDDEN FEELINGS

The first time I saw her (flash back )

The date was January 15th 2001. When I first saw Emily , she was at King's kindergarten where I had been enrolled , she was wearing a red shirt paired with blue jeans and black shoes, her blonde hair was curly and long falling onto her lower back and was secured by a red rose, her eyes were Icy blue and her nose was as small as a button , her lips were baby pink and full . she was just a vision of pure adorableness, as she was liking her lollipop in the sand pit during recess.

Ryan , the kindergarten bully pulled her lollipop from her hands and Emily began to cry, I walked over and asked "What's wrong ?"
"The mean boy took away my loli ." she said sounding sad

"Its OK , you can have mine ." I said reaching out with my lollipop in my hand

"Th..... Thank you ."she says before introducing herself .

"I'm Emily ,what's you're name? "She asked while rubbing her eyes, which were red and puffy at the time and continued to lick the lollipop I had just handed to her

"I'm Aaron "

"Nice to meet you Aaron, wanna be friends ."she asked smiling up at me

"Sure. " I replied

The following day we played together during recess and the days that followed. As time went on our friendship grew and we became inseparable .

One day as we were playing Hopscotch, I fell and hurt my knee Emily said"Sorry, its all my fault."

she grabbed my hand and we playfully ran across the sandpit to the huge apple tree in the playground where she kissed it and said " my mother says kissing one's boo bu makes it all better " she then kissed my hurt knee and pecked me on the lips .
" Your my best friend Aaron" Emily said looking giddy

It has now been has been fourteen years since that day and I still remember the cherry lime flavour of her lips , but sadly that moment only exists in my thoughts .
all I do now is mend her latest heartbreak 💔

CHAPTER ONE

I was embracing Emily in a warm hug as she cried into my shirt .

"There , there honey let it all out Emily. You know I'm always here for you ." I said to Emily as she continued to sobbed into my shirt

"Aaron I don't know what I did to Ryan to hurt me like this ,I always work my butt off to keep in shape but he goes around and sleeps with Katy freaking Williams , it is not fair." she said continuing to sob into my shirt

"Emily , he is not worth your tears , because if he can't see what a catch you are and respect your values, then he is not worth it , he is not worth beautiful tears."

"You are right Aaron , but it still hurts to know am not always good enough ."

"Please don't say that ,you are Emily freaking Waters the girl who can do anything if she puts her mind to it, trust me any guy would be lucky to have you ."

"Am glad I came to your house Aaron, you always know what to say to me to make me feel better ."

"Am your best friend , that's my job."I said giving her a matter of fact look

"OK enough about me tell me more about Michelle , she seems to be a good catch don't you think?"

She is all right ,but she is not the one

"What do you mean ? she is not the one, you are into sciences , Michelle is a science nerd and you are also a science nerd .You would ,make the perfect nerd couple." she said leaning over the kitchen counter to grab the popcorn .In doing so I get a peek of her round breasts and watched
the motion of her pink full made up lips as she chewed on the popcorn.
