Betty's POV:

"One milkshake for the lovely couple."

Pop's placed the milkshake on the table and gave us both a smile.

Once he walked away, I took a sip and then pulled away wanting to say something that was on my mind.

"You think he's still out there...planning his ways to murder us?"

"Betty, he's tried to kill us both and did he succeed?"

"He shot me Jug. That says a lot."

I crossed my arms and slumped back into the booth.

It was silent for a minute until I broke it by saying something.

"I'm sorry...I'm overthinking all of this...he's probably done and has given up by now."

I sighed before placing my head down on the table.

I felt a hand on top of mine, obviously knowing it's Jughead's. "Betty, I know you're scared."

"But I'm here for you. To protect you. Betty, I'd die for you. I know it does sound cheesy but it's true...I'd do anything for you Betts."

A smile began to form on my face and I lifted my head up slowly. "You really mean that?"

"Of course I do." I saw him smile and then a giggle escaped from my mouth.

I reached over the table, about to lock our lips together and then "hey you two!"

I sat back down and gave her a small smile. "Hey Sarah."

"What are you doing here?" Jughead asked, making both of us look back at him.

"Well people come here to get food, right?"

I let out a small laugh, but it was obviously fake.

"So you and Archie are still-"

"Not on speaking terms at the moment. I'm not even meeting up with his ass anymore. He was such a fuckboy and what he did and what he is currently doing right now to you guys is wrong."

"I actually agree with her for the first time in forever." Jughead quickly mumbled to where only I could hear.

"He's desperate. And I really don't know what's so special about me and the fact that he likes me and only me! It's just-"

"You never know with that boy..." She cut me off from my rambling, which I'm assuming she thought was annoying.

"I'll talk to you guys later but it was nice to catch up."

"Yeah b-"

She walked off before I could tell her goodbye..oh well.

"We should head back home before Archie or some paparazzi people find us here."

Jughead nodded in agreement and we made our way out of Pop's.

Sarah's POV:

Once I got the food from Pop's, I went back home and grabbed my black sweatshirt since it was a bit cold outside.

I got back into the car and drove off to a house.

I knocked on the door and then it opened up.

"Sarah?"
