The blood dripped from Danny's fist as he clenched his neck, he knew he shouldn't have approached The Doctor without ensuring he was prepared. He had to rest his body on the oak panelled walls, he strolled and stumbled as fast as he could down the corridor. He breathed heavily and knew he needed to get down the stairs to the front door which seemed as if it was miles from where he was. He brushed past a small, square table and could make out a white telephone, his vision had become almost impaired due to the morphine "The Doctor" had given him. The lamp behind the phone illuminated the whole table and made it harder for Danny to see his vision had become more blurred with the light which made the telephone almost impossible to use as he couldn't even pick the phone off the white hand set let alone dial the number. There was no chance of turning the lamp off because he knew if he bent down he would collapse and would not get up. He threw himself against the wall opposite him which would take him out to freedom. He couldn't be sure but the smell of basil and clovers emanated from downstairs, he knew he had to get out and he had to do it now. He stumbled down each step, his right hand clasped against the vein in his neck so he didn't lose anymore blood. He approached the bottom step his foot pressed against the laminate flooring as he turned his head to peak over his shoulder to the kitchen where the light and smell was coming from. The door was directly next to him so he refused to waste another second and grabbed the silver platted handle with his left hand and went to press down. However the handle resisted so he tried to press down again and once again it resisted then Danny felt the feeling that everyone man, woman or child feels whether playing hide and seek or being noticed by lion. He slowly turned and there was "The Doctor" looking directly at him with the same cool stare as he did when he told him "I'll look after you Danny...Don't you worry" Danny knew it was time "Just in time Daniel, I was about to call you," he said smoothly as a glinted smile creeped up his face. "I hope you like fava beans" he said turning back to the kitchen. Danny knew there was no way out he would have to face The Doctor in the kitchen, He slowly limped to the kitchen feeling the the pain in his neck once again and let out a painful sigh. "Not in here Daniel" he said as Danny entered the kitchen. "In there if you please" he pointed to the dining room "Your place has been set next to me I'll bring you a bandage now"

Danny entered the dining room and sat on the long necked chairs each one had a green leather style to it like the ones found in Parliament in the UK. "The Doctor" must have acquired them on one of his travels Danny thought to himself, he was trying to distract himself from the very thought of what could happen too him in the next minutes. "The Doctor" turned through the door of the dining room with what looked to be a pair of very expensive plates balanced on one hand and a portable cooker in the other. "Here you go Daniel." he said pulling a bandage out of his pocket. Before he handed him the role of folded material he placed the plates down. One in front of Danny and the other in his place "I must say your very quiet Danny, I mean for a Census Taker I would have expected a little more enthusiasm," Danny sat staring at the wall opposite. "Oh look at me I forgot the wine, where are my manners?" He got up from the chair and placed the bandages on the table. "Would you excuse me my dear man?" he said walking back into the kitchen. Danny looked down at the food before grabbing the bandages just as there was a large smash of multiple glasses in the kitchen. Danny picked up the dinner knife instantly and pushed the chair backwards toward the fireplace he moved towards the white door where the smash had come from still brandishing the knife in his left hand. He knew if something had happened then he could retrieve the key and get out and get away. He knew he would have to get the FBI involved as he now knew who exactly The Chesapeake Ripper was. It was... Danny's thoughts of the FBI stopped within an instant, the thoughts of getting away stopped, all of his thoughts stopped as now all he could think of was the shattered wine bottle in his thigh. The pain was excruciating as his reflex's caused him to grab the neck of the bottle and forced it out of his legs. Shards of glass still remained in his leg and as he jolted forward each one fell out as blood dripped out, running down his leg and out of the bottom of his trouser leg. The last thing that was ever witnessed by Daniel Jackson was the sight of a hammer coming down toward his skull. The skull made a satisfying crack as the hammer pierced it, once again like treacle or syrup from a tin the blood flooded across the floor from Daniel's head. Lecter placed the back of his hand down into the red substances and licked it clean. "Time to prepare for a dinner" he said picking the body up and dropping it on the preparation table like a piece of meat. He picked up the cleaver and brought it down near the stomach giving him a slit in which he could put his hand in, he forced it in avoiding other organs until he could feel the smooth texture of the liver. He ripped it free and began tenderizing it...
