Regina couldn't believe what was happening, everything was moving too fast for her. The clear fluid that had burst out of her was now a huge puddle surrounding her feet, the contractions were getting stronger and unbearable leaving Regina whimpering in pain. Her thoughts were running wild has she tried to control her breathing. This wasn't how she planned to go into labour, luckily Emma was on her way to the vault but Regina knew that if the Saviour didn't come in the next 10 minutes she was sure she would be delivering her baby on the Vault floor with the one person she didn't want by her side. Moving to the stairs Regina took a seat to try an focus on her contractions. They were close but it wasn't enough to push. Not noticing Cora took a seat on the stairs next to her. 

"Everything is going fine Regina just breath." Cora tried to comfort Regina but Regina wasn't in no mood for her mother as she only caused her stress. 

"Get away from me mother, Get the HELL out my life." Slightly raising her voice at Cora. " I want you gone." Regina didn't look at her. She couldn't take no more of Cora's power games the only thing she cared about was her child who was soon on its way out. Rubbing her huge bump Regina began to take deep breaths as another contraction past over her. As the contraction subsided Regina looked to her side. She was gone.

Emma had finally made it to the vault. walking into the Crypt she quickly noticed Regina on the stairs who was now panting heavily. Without a thinking Emma dashed down the stairs to Regina. "Regina what happen!!!"

" The baby its....COMING!!! Regina screamed the last part as the pain was really becoming unbearable to cope with. Quickly Emma helped Regina to her feet and made their way to the yellow bug. " Come on we need to get you to the Hospital."  As fast as she could Emma helped Regina into the car. Rushing over to the driver seat, they were on their way to the Hospital. It had taken less then 10 Minutes for Emma to get to Vault but panic began to settle in her mind. Emma knew that the Hospital was a bit of a distance away and Regina wasn't looking too great. Her normal perfect brown hair was now sticking to her face and her contractions were coming closer together. 

" Regina just deep breath were almost there. " Emma said comforting Regina however that seemed to back fired with a classic Evil Queen glare and sass. " Miss Swan if you drove as fast as your mouth we would be at the hospital by now." 

Emma and Regina had finally arrived at the Hospital just time, not worrying about a parking space Emma pulled up right outside. " Wait here I will quickly get a nurse. " Dashing from the car in the Hospital Emma quickly picked the first Nurse available. Returning to the car with two Nurses and a wheelchair, Emma swiftly opened the Car door on Regina's side. Emma helped Regina into the wheelchair along with the Nurse.

" Hello Miss Mills I'm Dempsey can you tell me how far apart your Contractions are?" Taking a deep breath Regina tried her best to calm herself. " 4 minutes apart." 

Dempsey quickly turned towards the other Nurse with concern written on her face " Faye quickly set up room 5 in the Maternity ward and call Dr Whale." The Nurse had quickly ran ahead as Regina was swiftly pushed into the Hospital. Concern and worry took over Regina as watched the sprite down the corridor. " What's wrong, what's happening. " Regina looked towards Emma who as well was beginning to panic. 

" Don't worry Miss Mills It just that your in  Active Labour right now and we just want to make sure everything is ready before you have the baby." Nurse Dempsey said calmly. However Emma was still a little bit confused. " So Regina is definitely having this baby today. Right now? "
