I woke up. Was I even asleep? Regardless, I scanned my surroundings taking in the immediate details of this forest I seemed to be in the middle of. The sky was painted black and fog layered the ground, but only beginning several feet beyond me. I happened to be sitting on a log with a conveniently lit fire which seemed to be staving off the creeping veil of thick mist. However strange, I don't remember making a fire? As my situation begins to settle in my mind with an unnerving ease, I can't help but feel and indescribable familiarity to my where abouts. My memory of everything is in fragments, this place for example. Everything here was unnamable, indescribable, but worst of all unforgettable. It felt like maybe I've been here before? No, how could that be? That's insane, I shouldn't worry my self over things like that. It'd be in a time like this where I'd tell my self I need to stay calm and collective, but with nothing other then the sound of wood crackling from the near fire and my thoughts of this forest in my mind, it proved much more difficult then I had been hoping.
I sat on this log, waiting to come up with something to do. Dare I waltz into the dark fog shrouding the entirety of the forest? Why was that anyways? As with the sky, it was a much deeper black then even a moonless midnight, yet the moon was high up? Again, all these questions puzzled me, but sat with odd typicality. Suddenly, without warning this cloud of darkness began to build its self from the sky to the ground around me. This narrow ghost was thick in color, as with most of the things around here as a deep black, impossible to see through. It seemed almost sentient, living, like it knew where it was going. It crawled it's way to ground level and retreated back upwards just a quickly as it appeared. But what was this? Had I broken my glasses sometime earlier? I had to be seeing things. Where this... This Entity had touched ground it looked as if there was a somebody else! In fact, there were three others!
