Chapter 8

"Is there something bothering you?" Jessica asked her sister who was spacing out on her own. She's quite observing Tiffany's unusual behavior after the incident happens and also worried at her alot perhaps she's traumatized over the scene causing her a mental breakdown.

"Huh? It's nothing really." Tiffany grabbed her textbook inside her bag and pretending to read it just to avoid her older sister's suspicious stares.

"You can't fool me now Tiff." Jessica said in her cold voice made the little sister heavily sighed, she couldn't avoid the blonde for a long time.

"Is it painful?"

"Huh?"

"I mean when Ms. Black sucking your blood? Is it fine with you unnie?" Tiffany was serious on her questions made Jessica wonders of how her sister felt, maybe she's concerned at her well-being especially when she turned to be a human blood vessel of a vampire we wouldn't knew that existing in modern times.

"It's kinda painful at first but I get used to it and I know Tae is taking care of me everything she's sucking my blood, she's been really extra careful at my whole being and even offered me money but I didn't accept it of course, it's a little bit too much so instead she's looking over me." Jessica explained with too much admiration over the vampire and Tiffany felt more curious and jealous that someone's already taking care and looking over her older sister but why does her heart felt hurt everytime she hears about their cute and sweet interactions.

"Are you perhaps worried about me?"

"Well, it's not ------------ Hmp!" Tiffany has been tackled by her sister feeling happy that her little sister worried about her alot.

"Thank you for worrying about me my little baby I promise Taeyeon was too careful about me so you don't have to worry besides we already made a deal." Jessica spilled out knowing that her sister had the rights to know the truth.

"D-Deal?" Tiffany gasped.

"Yes, I promise I'll help her to find her long lost lover and in return she help me find my soulmate as well. Taeyeon's ability was to read human's future by sucking their blood." Jessica said with enthusiasm.

"Really? Well, she already read your future because she often suck yours?" Tiffany curiously asked her sister.

"Well not really unless we took the ritual already but since we still on search for her lover I think it could wait for awhile beside I'm enjoying her company alot these days." Jessica's smile reached her ears, she's happy with the vampire and made her sister even more jealous at her.

"Well, are you perhaps like her?" Tiffany bluntly asked with uneasy feeling o. her heart, Jessica turned her head to looked at their window before she answer the question.

"I don't know yet but I felt more comfortable and safe around her just like how I felt when I'm with you." Jessica honestly blurted out.

"Be careful unnie, don't involve yourself too deep with Ms. Black because she's still a monster, a vampire to be exact it could be lead you into danger." Tiffany warned.

"I trust her alot." Jessica whispered as she looked at her phone wallpaper where she took a stolen shot of a cute face of sleeping Taeyeon beside her.

"I already warn you Jessi."

"Thank you alot for being a good dongsaeng to me and for being you, Tiffany." Jessica cupped her sister's face with her warm hands. Tiffany felt more loved from her older sister just by a simple touch and words made her heart flutters.

"I love you unnie." Tiffany hugged her tightly while Jessica return the sweet gestures from her younger sister.

"I love you too Tiff."

"Guess I had to see Taeyeon for a small talk." Jessica informed before she stepped inside the bathroom to prepare herself.

"Did she take you out for dinner?" Tiffany asked.

"I don't know yet but you can eat first by yourself tonight." Jessica yelled from the bathroom.

"Okay just take care on your way."

"Thank you sissy." Tiffany focused on her homework instead feeling jealous over her older sister meeting the vampire.

AT THE HEADMASTER QUARTERS

"They already knew about taking your another human vessel Master Tae." Krystal informed as they gathered around Taeyeon.

"I know they will knew immediately so please watch over Jessica when I'm not around for awhile, I must attend the annual gathering of noble vampire league." Taeyeon sipped her blood tea serve by Krystal before their usual talk.

"Can I go with you Tae?" Sooyoung proposed who was sitting across her.

"I can go there by myself but if you insist then you leave me no choice." Taeyeon smile at her buddy whose crimson eyes turned more delighted.

"Assa! I could finally meet our old friends before for a second time around." Sooyoung pump her fist into the air.

"But I'm warning Soo, you should be more careful and attentive around Hyoyeon and Seohyun during the special gathering of nobility." Taeyeon warned.

"I know Tae." Sooyoung grinned happily.

"So my special task is to watch the Hwang sisters for a week?" Krystal asked with uncertainty and heavy heart, she imagine herself being a babysitter for humans before her face turned sour not liking the idea.

"Yes will do." Taeyeon answered immediately unaware of Krystal's initial reaction.

"I don't even know how I could I properly interact with them nor greet them without getting nervous."

"I know you can so I put my trust in your hands now Krystal-shi." Taeyeon playfully wink at Krystal.

"I know you would take no for an answer Master Tae." Krystal sighed like she had other choice.

"Good then so I leave to meet Jessica." Taeyeon stood up as she made her way through their window under the beautiful shining moonlight.

"Can you send my regards to Tiffany as well too?" Sooyoung shyly said.

"No worries." Taeyeon showing a thumb sign before winking at the bean pole whose face turned beet red.

"Bye then midget buddy!" Sooyoung waved her hand before the vampire disappeared behind doors.

"Shut up!" Taeyeon stomped her feet outside her private room from her office and taking a deep breath feeling a sudden nervous.

"Are you okay Tae?" Jessica appeared from nowhere wearing a white floral cute knee dress made Taeyeon startled and immediately causing her a heart attack but fortunately she had no heart.

"AAAHHHHHHHH!" Taeyeon jumped off from her spot as she turned her head catching the evil culprit.

"Ha ha ha you should've seen your awful face Tae! Ha ha ha!" Jessica laughed hard seeing the vampire cute reaction from her early pranking she practice for a week.

"You'll be the death of me Jessica!" Taeyeon nagged with her knitted brows at the woman whose still laughing by now while helding unto her chest.

"So shall we talk?" Jessica asked adorably showing her aegyo into the flustered vampire.

"Okay let's go to the nearby cafe first." The vampire offered as she boldly holding the blonde's warm hand made Jessica's heart skip a beat and butterlies starting to filled her stomach.

"Great I'm hungry by now." Taeyeon smile at the blonde's adorable face and antics.
