Lina had spoken to Jackson over the phone, the minute he had arrived at his home in China. That was 3 days ago.
They were both busy, Jackson with his schedules he would finish late into the night and would get only an hours sleep before he'd have to get up to go film for the show and Lina taking photography lessons by Joe the guy who took Got7s photos for a photoshoot previously (Chapter 16)
Today Lina had a day off, so she decided to text Jackson as she was in her Halmeoni's house alone.
Lina: Oppa! I miss you 😟 it's been 3 days and Ihaven't heard from you! Are you okay? Have you been eating well?
Lina then went on with her day, deciding to do a bit of cleaning around the house. She even got to call her Mum & Dad and SooAh.
5 hours had passed, it was 1.30pm. Lina was at a cafe and had ordered herself lunch. 닭칼국수 (Dak-kalguksu: Chicken noodle soup) She took a photo of it and sent it to Jackson:

After sending the text she went straight to eating. Once she was finished and payed the bill and was leaving the cafe to head back home, her phone pinged.
It was a reply from Jackson.
She quickly punched in her password on her screen and opened up her messages.
Jackson: Angel! Baby I'm so sorry 😔 I've been so busy and I know I said I'd call you everyday and Ihaven't been able to keep that promise, so I will deffinetly try and call youtonight okay? And we'll talk for a whole hour! I won't go to sleep. Who needs sleep? And I'm doing fine. Don'tworryabout me okay. I'm eating well thanks to Mama. I love you Angel.
