Assassingirl242 here,
HI! Okay. Um please comment.
~keep smiling
-------------
I closed my eyes but I couldn't sleep. Things didn't add up. The guy in my bed. Memory's from the past. Nothing seemed perfect anymore. A soft knock came from my door that made me jump.
"Sissy?" His high pich voice rang out. He seemed tried. Max opened the door completely and looked me me for a second. Max gave me a weak smile. "C-can I sleep with you?" Before I can answer Max made his way towards me. He kept swaying back and forth before laying his head on my foot. I let out a small laugh.
"Okay, make yourself comfortable, " Max nodded and pulled his body to me, "Just don't pee." Remembering that Max isn't potty trained. Max smiled as he craws to me. He seemed so peaceful, so silent like a ninja. He rest his head in my stomach. I sighed which made is head go up then down. Max made a frustrated sigh but didn't say anything.
- morning-
As I woke up a few times with same dreams of mother. The only thing that made claimed me down was Max's hugs. His closes eyes twiched as his opened mouth drilled all over my belly but he was at peace. That really hit me. If Max can sleep peacefully then I can. I slowly put my hands on his stomach and slowly pushed him away. He sighed. Max turned around to grab the nearest pillow to hug. So cute.
"Sweet dreams." I whispered as I kiss his head. While tiptoeing to the door. I glaced at the window, it was still locked. Good. I closed the door real gentle. I made my way to Max's room. To my surprise the window was wide opened. Did Max opened up the window? No, he's not that strong. Maybe Mary opened the window to make the room more open. Looking outside of the window a heavy fog filled the town, a cold breeze blew. I shivered and went back into the warm hallway. I closed Max's door.
"Good morning Violet." A sweet and older sound came behind me. Turning around Mary stood near the door way. Her black hair resting on her shoulder untouched, no tangles nor any signs of fuzz. Her pink silk night gown layed still. She looked like a ghost of a queen with her pale face.
"Good morning Mary," I spoke with a fake smile. " So...what's the plan today?" Mary giggled like a five year old going to the pet store.
"It's a surprise," her face was swallow by her smile. Ew. I never really liked people who are so positive all the time. "Where's little man?" Mary asked. I frowned. 'Little man'? He's not your little man, he's my brother. You should have said Where is your brother. Or Where is Max. Not where's little man."I don't think you said that right." I blarted. Mary sighed and turned towards my door then back at me.
"Is little- is Max," Mary corrected herself. "In your room?" I nodded. She smiled and opened my door. Jeff was still written on the door. Note to self: Put fresh paint on door. It's weird how Max and I doors still had names painted on them when everything was replaced or upgraded.
"Don't wake him up," I explaned."He had a rough night." Then the image of the man appeared in my head. His face was white as the snow itself and his smile.... not even human. It (smile) was covered to his ears. I shivered. Why was he in my bed? My bed! Was he there to hurt me or just my mind made the blanket seem human? What would happen if that thing was in Max's room? I frowned. I'm done thinking. For all I know he is not real, just my imagination. Yea...I was tired. My imagination took over me. He's not real. I smiled. I began to breath in the air. Time to time I would hear my heart beating. It was claiming and smooth. Everything in the body was working. I smiled knowing that Max is safe. Mary looked at me in a confusing way. "I can't breathe..." I lied then sniffed again. Mary nodded and leave the room. She nocked on my door before going inside. The door shut behind her. I waited a few seconds to see if Mary woke up Max. What should I call her? I had nicknames for almost everyone. She's hyper, sweet, talks a lot, and really happy on life. She had a tooth pick body. A rich school teenager. Anyone can see that with her cloths. I am not calling her mom. To cheesy. Maybe Sunny. Her new name is Sunny, it suits her. She's nice, warm, and always happy. Those are some of the words that describes the sun. I smiled and lean agents Max's door. What should I call Ron? He doesn't deserve a pen name for his so called 'help'. The Devil. Done! His name is The Devil. I stood up straight and looked at the white ceiling. Fresh paint just like my life. The old is covered with the new. This is going to be my new home, a new chapter, a new beginning either a sweet ending or a bad ending? It's all Up to me. I could choose to ignore my past and move on with my life. Or keep remembering and go no where in life.
There is other possibility that Mother could come back. She never lost a battle before. Not even when she was on the lamb. The cop just let it go, because she was pregnant. I growled remembering her satisfied grin when she walked out of the police station. Her eyes were red from her fake tears of her trouble life.
"Any women can get a man to do anything if their is a baby in the belly!" Her voice creaked and dry. Her voice still ring in my ear. The police officer didn't know any better. That the mother they let go always had a beer bottle in her hand. I shook my head. Stop it! Don't remember! Sunny won't be like Mother so it's worthless to think about Mother. Sunny was the one who adopted me. She gave me help and love. I smiled. She even snapped on Mother once. Unlike other people Sunny can't easily abandon me. I should give her a chance. Mother isn't coming to get me. No. Mother has better things to do then to get me. My mission now is to make sure Max, my loving brother, is save and sound. He is my responsibility now and mine, all mine. Sunny and The Devil can try to turn us into a happy, equal loving family but Max will always love me more. Max's love is all I need. Never will he hate me or be taken away from me. I will kill both of us if I have too. Im not letting my brother get hurt like I was. Never.
