Cold. Emotionless. Dead.

This was how robot boy had been perceived his entire life. When he was born, he didn't cry at all. At his Father's funeral, not once did he shed a tear. For some reason, people got angry at him for this. He didn't know why everyone would call him a 'coldhearted bastard', a 'fucking zombie' – heck, he didn't even know why he had the name 'robot boy' in the first place. He just couldn't understand. He...didn't have emotions.

"Dan, I-I'm so sorry but...I found someone else." the girl choked out, tears rolling down her pallid cheeks.

"Ah," robot boy responded dully, not a hint of emotion festering in his dark eyes. "Okay. See you."

As he was turning around to walk away, the girl tugged the back of his shirt with brute force, forcing him to stare directly at her. "What the fuck?" the girl seethed, wiping away her tears angrily. "Okay. See you. That's all? Are you kidding me? We've been dating for two fucking years, and that's all you have to say?"

Dan's face was blank as he asked, "Did I say something wrong?"

"Yes!" the girl sobbed, furiously unleashing his shirt and stepping back. "Did the last two years mean nothing to you? I know that people call you robot boy, but I didn't realise you were that much of an emotionless asshole!" her arms flailing in all directions as she shouted.

Dan stared at her, a vacant abyss of nothingness encompassing his eyes. Why was this girl screaming? What did he do wrong? She wanted to break up with him, so why was she making such a fuss?

"Okay..." Dan murmured. "I guess I'll leave now." His long legs quickly reversed directions to make a haste exit from the dramatic scene.

"I hate you Dan Howell! I fucking hate you! I hope you die alone, you coldhearted son of a bitch!"

"Sure," Dan muttered under his breath.
