The Girl With Wings

                                                                    chapter 1

   I'm  17 today. Why so happy? My Mother told  me that if I was a good girl, and turn 18 I will have nice,white wings. If i was bad when I turn 18 I would grow dark evil wings. I grew up in a town called Wings Village. Most of the people that lived there had white wings. I wanted white wings too, but I did some bad things. My mother told me how to get the wings. I would have to go on a Adventure or just earn them somehow.

  My fathers wings died last week. You can tell if they are dying by the smell or the way it looks. You may replace the wings by getting  married again or just go to the store and buy some. If you go to the store and buy them they would be like 50 grand. It was a big house I lived in.It could fit about 30 people to live in it.

             I woke up that morning and got dressed up and hurried out side to go shopping for food. When I go shopping. I stop and look, I turn and see Wings for sale $120.00! I go up to them and feel them. Once I touched them it felt like I was sleeping on a cloud or once I touch it I would fall fast asleep.I stared at them while I was feeling the feathers. I felt like I needed those. I turn back from the wings and push the kart with all the food, I need and check them out. I walk out of the store with bags of food. A guy offers to help me, but I say ''No thanks, but thanks for asking'', he nods with a smile and walks into the store.

                                                                         Chapter 2

      '' Jane!'' I called. My little sister ''Jane''  came running down the stairs and possibly falling at the last step. ''Yes!!! What did you get me?'' she asks happily. I take a bag of sweets for her. ''Thanks Grace.'' she thanked. '' You can only have 1 per day.'' I say.  She nods while smiling and takes one from the bag. Mr.Sweeties. That was the best candy in town. Once you put it on you tongue it takes the flavor and chocolate from the candy and puts it on your tongue.''Mmmm'' I can tell that Jane didn't have candy in a long time. She ate half of it and gave the rest to me. She is filled with joy and danced around the room. See what I mean? Best candy in town. I smile and laugh, while enjoying I have a sister. She was only 6 at the age. I'm 17. Sense she was  a baby I had to take good care of her. I had to ditch school to take care of her.

      My mother would be gone most of the time because she had work and we needed the money. So sense my mother was at work we didn't get that much money. So she worked full time. I had to get a job too. The Hair Salon. That was the only place people went to get their hair cut. Best Hair Salon the villagers went to. I still work there, but I only go there on Sunday ,Tuesday ,Thursday, but some times we get the day off. I ask Jane if she wanted one of her friends Prim over. Prim was the same size, age, and were born on the same day. They were best friends. Jane nodded yes and I told her we can ask if will like to come over after we put away the groceries.  We finished and called Prim and asked if she would like to come over. She said yes and hung up. About 5min later Prim came over and went up stairs with Jane.

  It was lunch time. Prim and Jane ate then went outside to water the roses, they planted. I was busy doing my homework and wanted to help, but I had to get my grades up. I have B's in everything. I think I don't study hard enough. I finish my homework just as the doorbell rings. I open the door and I see my BFF. Nick . Some people say that were going out ,but we are not. I let him come in and have a fresh glass of Juice. We talk about how school is. Nick is the same age as me. We talked for a while then him and his little sister Prim left.

    Jane fell asleep at 8:30. I picked up Jane and lied her on her bed with her stuffed animals. I walked to my bed room and fell asleep.
