I watch rain drops hit against the window of the car as Jai and I made our way to my house. "Jai?" I called out, and in response, he hummed back. "You never told me you knew how to drive in rain" I giggled. Silence. Plain silence. Was there something I did? "Jai, slow down. You're going way too fast" I told him. Nothing. He didn't answer. Like he was hiding something from me. "Is there something you're not telling me?" I blurted out. I didn't know what to do. He remain super silent, it made me go outrageous. "Jai, you know you can always tell me anything!" I screamed. At least I didn't get silence as an answer. Instead, I got ----
horn noises, shrieks, and I watched the bus' headlight come near us until..... until something I'm afraid of happened. Everything went pitch black.... And soon.... I hear no more.
"Earth to Ariana? Hello?" Liz called out as she waved her hands infront of my face. "You zoned out huh?" She chuckled. Not so soon, she stopped chuckling as she noticed my eyes, slowly filling up with tears. "Ari? D-did some memory came to visit your mind about the night of the accident?" Liz asked. Hesitantly, I nodded my head in response. "Oh come here, Ari" Liz said and opened her arms for me to enter. Without hesitating, I hugged her and cried onto her chest.
