An innocent small bus driver, about the age of 40 had just finished his day at work. It was a very stormy day and about now you wouldn't see a single soul outside, you were either eating dinner or relaxing in your bedroom.

Just as the man was driving his bus back to the station he saw a girl standing by an oak tree. The oak tree was famous because when there was a war not a single leaf fell of from bombs or guns, only naturally. This girl looked very small, she had long brown hair and was wearing a green dress. She was crouched on the floor in the rain.

As the bus driver had a successful day and earned a lot of money he offered to take the girl home. He got out of the car and went to talk to her.

"Hello, I am a bus driver do want a lift home?" Asked the man.

"I can't get on I have no money." The girl then started to walk away.

"Wait! I have had a very successful day and I have made a lot of money, I'll give you a ride for free, how about that eh?!"

"My mother said I'm not allowed to talk to strangers." Then the girl started to cry, it looked like she was trying her hardest not to get on the bus.

"I will take you home safely, drop you right up to your street, I'm a bus driver it's my job." Said the man kindly.

"Alright then, my address is 43 Manor Road."

"Sounds posh! Hop in then."

The girl got on the bus but didn't sit down even though there was no one of the bus, she wasn't even holding a pole! When the bus started the man couldn't see the girl on the bus through his mirror, he looked away and there she was. This kept on happening to him until they got to her house, he rang the doorbell and there was a woman at the door.

"How can I help you?" She said.

"I found your daughter by the oak tree here she is." He answered.

"What are you on about you horrible man! My daughter died at that tree 7 years ago! Now be off with your foolish jokes."

The man turned around to ask the girl what was going on, but when he went to look. She was gone.
