Warm.
Wet and warm.
In and out.
Out and in.
Panting hard like running a marathon,
trying to hit that finish line.
She was calling my name
and in my heart, I called hers.
Our hands interlocked,
fingers hugging.
In and out.
Out and in.
Running harder and faster
till I hit that finish line.
And once I did,
she yelled for me so loudly.
I came quick and strong.
I saw her face in bliss.
I knew
I had conquered,
but only her body-
not her heart.
