Sunlight peeked through the windows, making me squint as I opened my eyes. Its been one day since Andrew left, and I already feel alone. Not only is it going to be difficult being without him, but now I have to worry about the other girls acting bitchy towards me and Trinity. I sighed deeply and yawned, sitting up in the process. " Good morning Annabelle " Autumn said and I smiled, and felt relived to find it not forced.

" Morning. " I replied and looked over to the closet, which she was exiting.

" How are you? " She asked me delicately and I immediately knew what she was referring to.

" Missing him but, fine. " I replied and she nodded her head, her eyes full of pity and sadness.

All of my maids know about my relationship with Andrew. It's an inevitable topic on every conversation I have with them, so instead of hiding it I decided to be front. It's not like I have anything to hide, anyways, plus it's nice to trust someone other than Trinity about my relationships. Talking with Lela would be too . . awkward . . knowing she has some feelings for him as well . .

" Where are Crystal and Indigo? " I asked her and she smiled, tilting her head towards the direction of the closet. I smiled devilishly and crept my way towards the closet. " Boo! " I yelled while Indigo shrieked and Crystal put her hands up in self defense.

I immediately burst into a fit of giggles which resulted into glares from both girls.

" Don't do that to me! You could of given me a heart attack! " Crystal said, her tone playful.

" But I didn't " I said smiling and she smiled while rolling her eyes.

" What dress am I going to wear this time? " I asked them and they both looked at each other.

" We were thinking that you wouldn't wear a dress this time. " Indigo said and I stared at them wide eyed.

" Then what am I wearing? " I asked them cautiously and they smiled widely, mischief in their eyes. My maids are always honest with me, they wouldn't change something only if it was extremely important so this has to be important.

" I'm not going in naked, am I? " I joked but they stared at me dead serious, and my nerves racked up.

" Were kidding, you're not going naked " Indigo said giggling and I could instantly feel my muscles relax as I cracked a smile.

" But you're not going to be wearing a dress either " Crystal countered and I stared at them expectantly.

" We were hoping that you would wear something like this " Indigo said shyly and lifted up short-overalls. They weren't the scratchy, hard material like mine back home, they were soft, made of plush denim. They had a light wash finish making them look dreamy and light.

" Do you like it? " Crystal asked me and I smiled " I love it! I cant believe I didn't think of this " I said and they smiled. Now that Andrew and the King are gone, I can finally wear something that isn't a dress, Heels or even makeup. I

" Well come on! " Crystal said and took the soft overalls away from me. Indigo did my makeup very, very lightly. She only put on powder and eyeliner, not even trying to bother with mascara. She winged my eyeliner and put lip balm on me.

Next Autumn did my hair. She just brushed it and braided it into a fishtail braid, like the ones my little sister Rosie did. Then, she pinned light pink and lilac coloured flowers into the braid, giving it a classic, timeless feel.

Lastly, Crystal put me in a short cropped black and gold top with lace designs on it. She added gray Mary Janes and black knee-high socks and a black peplum jacket.
