(the week of the party)

*Bailey's POV*

"Destiny!" I shouted from the living room.

"Whhaattt?"

"I got my friend EZ to dj for us tonight. I guess he has some sick speakers he's gonna bring."

"Alright cool. Um, h-how many people did you say are coming?"

"Just like... a couple... friends"

"Bellz, how much is a couple" she held her hands up to quote 'couple'.

I just rolled my eyes and smiled, "Relax. It'll be fun."

She mumbled under her breath. Most likely something about this not being a good idea or that I'm crazy. She probably mixed in a couple curse words, you never know. I went out to the backyard to make sure everything was set back there. It was surprisingly warm for it being December, but we do live in Malibu.

I'm currently trying to hang the Christmas lights in the front, while Destiny does it to the gazebo in the backyard. I climbed up the ladder and began the process. I'm a little scared about this ladder, it's a little shakey. Or maybe that's just me? Maybe it's me that's shaking on this. I slipped a little and let out a squeal. Thankfully my hands gripped the top of the ladder before I would fall on the ground.

Something hit the ladder from below sending me flying. I screamed as I fell. Suddenly I felt my body stop in mid-air. I opened my eyes to find that my boyfriend and Andre were laughing. "You assholes!!"

Andrew put me down on my feet and tried to calm his laughing. He failed miserably, but somehow managed to talk through his fits of laughter. "B-babe y-you're fine! I caught you!"

I swatted his chest, "And what if you didn't?!"

"I still would've." He shrugged and gave me an award winning smile. I rolled my eyes and turned to Andre.

"And YOU!" I pointed,"You're a dumb ass for pushing me off the ladder!"

He put his hands up in surrender and chuckled. "Where's Destiny?"

"The back.. "

With that, he left. I shook my head and climbed back up the ladder. A pair of large hands grabbed my waist and pulled me off the ladder once again. "ANDREW. SHEILDS."

"Bailey.... Hammond." He turned me around with a smirk plastered on his lips. My arms were crossed and I looked at him irretated. "Did I tell you that you look cute when you're grumpy?"

"No."

"Well I should more-"

"Andrew I have to finish this. So stop." I tried pushing him away but he grabbed my arm and pulled me closer. He just kept smiling at me like an idiot. It's extremely irritating when I'm trying to be productive. His blue eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips. Oh no. Not now.

"Ohhhh no, mister! I don't want to kiss you right now. I have a lot to prepare and if we k-"

His lips met mine, successfully shutting me up. Our lips move in sync for a while. You know how in movies they always say there's a 'spark' when you kiss the person you love? They're lies. I love kissing Andrew, he's a great kisser, but there is no 'spark'. Those stories are just there to make you feel all giddy and stuff. It's not real life. I know now.

Andrew's hands made their way down to my bum, squeezing it lightly. I felt my cheeks flush a little. He backed me up to where we in between tall shrubs and my back was to the wall of the house. The kiss became more needy, much more rough. His large hands began to roam. His finger trailed the hem of my jeans to the front buckle, where I smacked his hand lightly, not breaking the kiss. My bottom lip was caught between his teeth as he begged for and entrance. Of course, I refused. After not getting the wanted response, Andrew slid his hand up my shirt. I would've swatted him as usual, but the kiss was so distracting I didn't notice. When I felt cold skin contact my breast, I gasped lightly and moved his hand away. That small action gave him the entrance he wanted. I decided to let him explore since he was so determined.... I don't want him getting mad.
