                          Chapter 1

                Ways a friend can act

So, today is the first day of high school. I'm here with my friends, the ones I haven't seen all summer. There's some newbe's. As the first day passes through it's all good so far. Second day flies by, same with the next few weeks. Until one day there happens to be a little weak spot with my friend and I's friendship.

   So this one day I never expected it to happen but it did! My friend and I, well we kinda got into this little argument. Well to me it felt like she was ditching me, I know she didn't mean for me to feel like that but I did can't go back and change it now. Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that I had always been ditched and left alone, pretty much since I had started 2nd grade. So I was kinda used to it. Anyway how this started was that the Devil was trying to test me, on how strong my patience was with people. At that point and time it wasn't very strong I can tell you that right now.

   It took up to a month for us to get over it but we did, we became friends again. All I could think to myself was "How and way did I do what I had just done."  So for awhile after that happened I had started praying and reading more of the bible, which I still need to do more of both. I still hadn't been all excited to see her. Hey, trust I've made it through all of this. It wasn't the easiest but I survived it.

   So a few weeks later a different friend, her step dad got fired. So everyone was going to sign a petition for him to come back. I wasn't about to sign this petition because I could've cared les if he was here or not. So I told her "NO" and so for the next week or so, her and the friend I was talking about earlier wouldn't let me sit with them let alone talk to them. That didn't make me the happiest camper because I did what I felt was right.

   Do the point of this Chapter is that no matter what comes your way, there's no doubt you will make it through. It may not be the easiest or it will show you who your true friends are.
