My Brother's Best Friend{Completed}

Lisa is 20, she's from Austria and currently on her way to Los Angeles to visit her older brother Johannes

Mum: (in german) i'm gonna miss you honey
Lisa: mum.. it's only a week, i'm not gonna live there
Mum: that's what your brother said when he was going and look at him now

Johannes is my older brother, he lives in LA and wanted me to come visit him. He said he wanted to introduse me to his friends, they also live in his building i guess. I don't really think i'm interesting for americans, just a austrian girl, nothing special.. Oh well, at least there's good food there.

Lisa: well i'm not Johannes, plus i can't be a ig model like he is.
Mum: idk, maybe
Lisa: well it's my time to go mum

I go over and hug her

Mum: text me when you arrive to LA
Lisa: of course

 I hop into my taxi and make my way to the airport. After a long flight I finally arrive in LA. Before landing i texted Johannes to come pick me up. He told me I should go out and wait for him outside. Few minutes later, i notcied him in the distance

Johannes: Lisa!

We run up to each other and hug

Lisa: Ich hab' dich soo vermisst!(i missed you so much!)
Johannes: ich dich auch! (i missed you too!)

He calls an uber and we go to his apartment, it was this huge building on the vine street, but wait, isn't that app dead? (rip vine). I already made myself at home as i unpacked everything from my suitcase

Johannes: (in german) hey, can you talk english with me?
Lisa: (in german) are you just showing off right now?
Johannes: (in german) no Lisa, i really need to improve my english, that's why i'm asking
Lisa: okay, whatever you say
Johannes: thanks
Lisa: so what do you do here?
Johannes: i work out, vlog, i have fun with my friends and yeah that's pretty much it.
Lisa: and you earn money by posting pics on ig?
Johannes: yeah, life is good.

Lisa: for you. I'm out there in Austria literally killing myself
Johannes: why don't you move here?
Lisa: no.
Johannes: but you could ma-
Lisa: no.
Johannes: okay..
Lisa: i'm exausted. i'm gonna go to sleep
Johannes: imma go to the gym
Lisa: now? it's like 11pm, isn't it a bit late?
Johannes: it's never late to workout
Lisa: you're crazy. good night.
