After the first world war, four empires collapsed, old countries were abolished, new ones were formed, boundaries were redrawn, international organizations were established, and many new and old ideologies took a firm hold in people's minds. Many empires in Europe ended. Germany lost all of its colonies in Asia. The Central Powers, made up of Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary, Austria, and the Ottoman Empire, had lost the war, giving the victory to the Allies made up of Britain, France, United States, Russia and Italy.

Paris, 1919

The countries were all sitting in one big room in front of a very long table. The allied victors were having a meeting to set the peace terms for the defeated Central Powers. The "big four," consisting of Italy, Britain, America and France were discussing while the others listened attentively.

"Me and my brother were promised large swaths of Austria-Hungary before the war," Lovino brought up. "I lost 700,000 soldiers and a budget deficit of 12,000,000,000 Lire during the war. Therefore, I am worthy of all these territories, especially Fiume."

"Alright," Britain replied. "I guess it's only fair. We are willing to give you Trentino to Brenner, the Dalmatian port of Zara and some of the Dalmatian islands."

"What?! You promised us more than that!" Lovino shouted with rage, smashing the table with his fist. "We were to earn Albania, Vlorë, the entire Austrian Littoral and many more after the war. That's why I signed your treaty."

"Calm down, mon ami. All other territories were promised to other nations.. and we are worried about your imperial ambitions. Who knows what going on in that head of yours?" France laughed out.

"You think this is a joke?! I gave you a military alliance with 36 million Italians."

"Fratello, they still gave us some of the territories. It's fine," Feliciano said, trying to calm his brother. Lovino glared at him before standing up and storming out of the room. He slammed the door right in front of their faces.

"Is he going to be fine, dude?" America asked Feliciano with a hint of worry in his voice. They did betray the Vargas brothers after all.

"He'll be fine. He just needs pasta!"

"Italy," Heracles called. The Vargas gladly turned his head to face him and smiled. "I will help you claim Vlorë and establish a Italian protectorate over Albania."

"That's very kind of you Greece. It's only right for me to return the favor! I shall make you thousands of white flags and pasta!" Feliciano shouted excitedly. This made Heracles groan in frustration. "I'm just joking with you, Greece. I will help you on your territorial claims over Northern Epirus and transfer Dodecanese to your care, except for Rhodes."

"I would like to weaken Germany militarily, strategically and economically," France said. "Germany shall be blamed for the lost and damage of the war." he continued while bringing out a piece of paper that had "Treaty of Versailles" on it.

"Well, I have listed my own plans here," Arthur responded bringing out a notebook and flipping the pages to a certain page. "I plan to ensure the security of France, remove the threat of the German High Seas Fleet, settle territorial contentions and support the league of nations."

"I am giving a Racial Equality Proposal. ' The equality of nations being a basic principle of the League of Nations, the High Contracting Parties agree to accord as soon as possible to all alien nationals of states, members of the League, equal and just treatment in every respect making no distinction, either in law or in fact, on account of their race or nationality.'" Kiku added.

"That's unacceptable!" Arhur protested. "Are you losing your mind, you bloody idiot?! No, I am not going to have 'free immigration' of non-white immigrants into the Dominions."

"Um, that is not what I meant."

"Why don't we just take votes?" Alfred suggested. Everyone in the room turned their heads to him in shock. They looked at him with widened eyes. Alfred glanced at every one of them. "What?"

"It is rare for you to have a brilliant idea," Wang explained. "very rare.."

"What can I say? I'm very smart. Anyways, who is in favor of Japan's proposal?"

Japan, Italy, France, Brazil, Serbia, Greece, China and Czechoslovakia raised their hands which was the majority of the group. America, Britain, Romania and Belgium kept their hands to themselves.

"Majority wins," Alfred sighed. "Sorry, British dude."

"Th-that's not fair!" Arthur shouted.

"A majority had voted for the amendment," Francis said.

"Alfred, you've got a 'White Australia Policy!' What will happen if this proposal is approved?!"

"We'll find out a way, dude. Anyways, I made a whole statement of principles for peace. I wrote it all here," the American explained. He brought out a whole, thick stack of papers with the title of 'Fourteen Points.'

The countries looked at it with curiosity but then groaned in frustration. Arthur took it and started flipping the pages with boredom. The following pages showed nothing. It was blank. On one page were fourteen issues that Alfred pointed out.

"Almost all the pages are blank.. but I found your diplomatic and territorial issues. I appreciate your efforts on peace terms but I have to disagree with some of your points here."

"Give me that!" Francis instructed, seizing the stack of papers from Arthur's hands. He went to the certain page and read all of the points. "You are asking me too much, mon ami."

Feliciano peered over Francis' shoulder and gasped. "You cannot do this! I beg you!" he shouted. Alfred sighed and took back the stack. He arranged the papers and smiled.

"I understand. China, do you have any issues?"

"I would like for Germany to return Kiaochow to me. Thank you very much,"

"I'm afraid we cannot do that, China. How about we give it to Japan instead." Arthur suggested.

"What?! Kiaochow has always belonged to me! If you're not going to give it, I won't sign your stupid treaty."

After the conference, Japan's proposal was rejected, China did not sign the Treaty of Versailles in the signing ceremony, Germany was blamed for all the damages from the war and Kiaochow was given to Japan.
