Chapter Seven

Niall's P.O.V

"Niall!" Kate screamed from across the beach.

"What!" I said taking my shirt off and running up to her.

"This is crazy!" she laughed grabbing my hand as we walked along the water. "I told you you'd love it. Come lets lay in the sand!" I said sitting down as she followed.

"you know, now that I think about it, this is our first date!"

She said. "You know, I guess it is!" I said closing my eyes, and grabbing her hand. "What do you want to do?" she asked. I thought about it, "Honestly I don't know... I might have a few bucks, we could go up and get some Ice cream?" I suggested. She nodded her head yes

"You know a vanilla milkshake sounds nice..." she trailed off, like she was remembering something. I decided to bring her back to reality "Milkshakes?! That sounds nice". I said picking her up bridal style unexpectedly. She started laughing and I smiled "I would do anything to make sure that smile is always on your face". I sighed. She closed her eyes peacefully. "How much money you got?" she asked

"I don't know... Hey you wanna do something really romantic?"

"What would that be Mr. Romeo"? She said going to her feet and intertwining our fingers. "Let's get two straws and share one." i said. she smiled

"You know, I think that's brilliant!" I walked up to the Ice cream stand and looked at the menu.

"Um I'll take a vanilla milkshake and crumpet for the lady". I said and Kate couldn't help but laugh at my bad 'British' accent "Niall don't try to be British, you would embarrass yourself". Kate whispered. I stuck out my lower lip and and pouted but after I got my order I grabbed to straws and put the crumpet in a bag to go. We sat down and started talking. "So I was wondering, who was that girl that Harry was talking about?" I asked taking a sip of the milkshake.

"Oh she's some girl who works at Areopostale... It's a long story... Which reminds me, since we can't take Sebastian on tour with us, maybe we can take him to your parents and maybe it can be a present or something"?

"That sounds good". I said as she took her last sip and then passed me the small shake. I took a sip and then tossed it in the trash. I got up and she followed, we intertwined our fingers and started walking home. "So what do you wanna do tomorrow?" she asked

"Didn't I tell you, we're going to Mullingar tomorrow. We'll get off the plane in Dublin and then take a cab to Mullingar." I said. She laughed

"Oh well I guess we already know what we're doing..."

"Yeah, I figured we'd stay at my parents, don't forget they're divorced, and well we can stay in my room, and then we'll catch up with my family and afterwords I can show you around my hometown. Its going to be so romantic!!!" I said

"Wow.... Don't you have a brother?" she asked as we neared the house. "Yeah his names Greg, and my dads name is Bobby and moms name is Maura." I said smiling

"That's awesome Niall come on, I'm kind of tired." she laughed. She rested her head against my shoulder, and we walked in. Zayn was sitting on the couch and he had someone with him.... He had a girl with him.

Kate's P.O.V

"Niall will you go upstairs for a minute".. I asked after kissing his cheek. He nodded unsure why and walked up.

"Zayn who's this", I asked going to face him.
