Chapter Nine

Niall's P.O.V

We left the restaurant as soon as we finished eating. The last thing Kate said to me was 'It'll be alright". But how does she know that? Scott could've hurt her, and I wouldn't be able to live with myself if he did. "It's going on 10, I think we should head back home." I mumbled.

"Alright, I'm pretty tired." she sighed. I opened the door for her as we stepped into the house. "Hey mum" I sighed

"Hey guys, have fun?" she asked

"Um not really, well we're tired, I think we should head to bed." I said walking upstairs. "Okay. I'll drive you to the airport in the morning". She said as I closed my door. Kate slipped off her shoes and got out a t-shirt and shorts for bed. She walked into the bathroom and I took off my shirt and put on a pair of sweats. I checked my phone to see if I got any messages. I had 4 missed messages. 2 from Harry and 2 from Liam

HarryStyles} Niall, is Kate okay? How is she?

LiamPayne} Dude!!!!! Our fans are finding out about you and Kate!! You couldn't hold hands in private?

HarryStyles} dude Liam's going crazy! He thinks out fans are upset that we haven't told them about you and Kate! Haha he's not daddy direction for nothing!

I sighed and put my phone down. Kate stepped out of the bathroom and crawled next to me on the bed. I kissed her good night and said "I love you". She smiled and closed her eyes, then she fell asleep, soon so did I.

Kate's P.O.V

I woke up in Niall's arms, he was holding me like he wasn't going to let me go. His eyes fluttered open, "It's time to go home". He whispered kissing my nose. I smiled and sat up.......

I sat down in the airplane seat, it was surprisingly comfy. Niall looked over at me and smiled. "Sean wanted me to tell you that he is sorry about Scott" he said

"It's fine. Besides I was gonna kick him in the gut anyway." I half smiled. "If I didn't stop, he'd still be out. He's awake and really mad that I hit him and that he basically raped you". He whispered

"Yeah. I just don't get it."

"Kate, you're beautiful, and he's drawn to people like you. But I'm not going to let one of my old friends practically rape my girlfriend and then get you pregnant, because darling that would suck! And I am not going to let Harry kill me if you do. Kate Styles I love you. And I wanna be with you for a long time, even longer. Now come on rest your head on my shoulder so I can play with your hair". He said. I half smiled and did so.

Zayn's P.O.V

I looked into her eyes and cupped my hands around her face. I wanted to tell her I was in love with her, but I was scared that she'd take it like I was jumping to conclusions. Besides its only our 4th date together, and I hate people who only date for a few dates and then suddenly love them. Loves a strong word, and we push it around, way to much. "Sabrina?" I said uncontrollably, something else was controlling me. "Yes Zayn?" she asked holding my hand as she rested her head on my shoulder. "I'm scared?" I said but she said something that reassured myself

"Me too. I'm scared to lose you. I am scared that I could do something wrong and you wouldn't like me." she trailed off, it was my chance, now or never "I don't like you". I said

"Then why are we dating?!" she yelled worried

"I can't like you because I love you." I said stopping her and kissing her passionately, the sounds of the ocean in the background, the sun resting in the sea. Everything was perfect.
