Disclaimer: The picture will be up soon. I forgot to take a picture when I made it. So without Further Ado, let's get into the recipe!
Ingredients:
•Chicken
•Fresh bagged Green Beans
•Pam Oil Spray
•Mrs. Dash Spices
•Butter spray.

Time to start making it:

Grab a Baking sheet and cover the sheet in foil. Next, spray it with Pam spray Oil. Then place the chicken on top. (If the chicken was frozen, make sure it is fully thawed, or at least enough that the fork goes through without resistance going through.  Poke holes in the chicken before seasoning it to allow the seasonings to sink into the chicken while it bakes.
Once you poke your chicken, start to preheat the oven, to 350 degrees F. While the oven is preheating, continue to season your chicken with your desired flavor or Flavors. Lots go well together. Seasoning Combinations that are my favorites include:
Fiesta Lime and Chicken seasoning,
Southwest Chipotle and Chicken Seasoning,
Italian Medley and Tomato, Basil, garlic, and so many others.
Once the Oven is finally at 350 degrees, you should put the chicken in for 45 minutes.
Once you have the chicken in the oven, you can get a pan to Sautée the Green Beans in. Before you put the green beans in, spray that with Pam Spray oil.
Now put the green Beans in the pan. And stir occasionally. The Green Beans will take the same amount of time that the chicken will take, so start off by putting it on a low heat, and then when it gets to about 25 minutes left on the chicken timer, you are going to want to turn up the burner a little more. More in between Medium and Low, and maybe change it to fully medium heat. That's what I do. Once the timer gets to about 15 minutes on the oven, you can add the Spray Butter to the green Beans, to flavor them a bit more, followed by Adding some spice if you choose. (Again, my choice was to put Southwest Chipotle) and just keep tossing them in the pan. They should be nice and soft with about 10 minutes left of the chicken being in the oven.
     Finale!:
Once the oven is beeping, take the chicken out, but don't shut the timer off yet.  Cut into the chicken to make sure it's fully cooked.  It can be pink on the surface of the chicken, but beware if it is pink anywhere in the middle of it.
If it is white in the middle, you can hit cancel to stop the beeping.   Grab a Low Carb Tortilla, and start cutting the chicken into tiny pieces, and place it around the Tortilla.  Then, cut your green beans into three separate pieces for each individual one.  Then place those around on top of the chicken as well.  Now you can wrap it, and enjoy it.
Also for serving it, instead of a toothpick, I suggest using a lightweight fork, because a toothpick doesn't hold thin Tortillas very well.  It tears it.
