There was a loud explosion heard from a far. Sirens and shouts. Shots were fired, you could see bodies falling from a distance. Ambulances are rushing, people are evacuating and the military is trying hard to handle the chaos. One man is seated at the right side of a tree, his eyes suddenly jerked open. He stood up, dusted his clothe then walked away.

Beautiful, bright eyes met a pair of neutral ones. Came into view from a tall building. She stopped and looked. She gazed and didn't gave any emotion. She started walking away. He ran to her. They stopped. He grinned. She staggered. A woman met him halfway. He stopped and smiled. She smiled back while he grabbed her hand and they walked together. Out to the city where a bus, full of fellow soldiers-to-be, is waiting. He looked at her with a full smile. She reciprocated with sad eyes. "I shall go now." He said. The woman looked at him with a forced smile then she nodded. The man waved a goodbye and he went in the bus that functioned right away. The woman stared.

"She was the one!" loud voices are heard. "A traitor, she is!" betrayal is heard. "She works for them, how could she!" anger is heard. Nothing could ease the pain of the situation. But...yourself. Andres suddenly stopped. He was supposed to be running but the nausea he's feeling is overwhelming. This couldn't be true. He breaths hard. "Andres! What are you doing?! Continue!" He started running again. Gregoria.

"Where would they go next? We need a location to prepare for the plan." Sharp eyes directed to him made him feel pressured yet determined. Pain is striking in his head but he continued to work hard, for the people, for the country, for his love ones and for her. Andres is sitting on the table, eating his lunch. A general appeared before him and said "We learned about your bizarre abilities, is it true? I can't afford being lied to right now so it would be better for you to tell the truth and say no." Andres looked at him incredulously but unwavering. "It is true, sir." The general looked at him sternly. Andres looked back with the same intensity. Then the general motioned him and he stood up. They went with Andres feeling accomplished.

"They are going to drop the bomb!" military men preparing for the attack. "Hurry! To safety!" people evacuating from afar. Fire sirens are heard. Emergency sirens are heard. Buildings are destroyed. Areas are devoured by thick smokes. The flag is slowly retreating. Andres woke up from his sleep. Feeling like he woke up from a marathon, he desired for a water. Andres looked at his watch, 16:36 am. 25 minutes before the plan would start. 25 minutes before they advance. 25 minutes before she will be arrested.

"Help!" Andres could hear them. "Help!" Andres could hear her. "Help! Help!" But he could hear them more. Andres went and saved them. Andres was a hero. Andres didn't moved, he kept his eyes closed. He didn't flinched. He knows what he would do. He knows. But he would do everything to involve everyone.

"Andres. Don't save me." She was ignored. "I would, still." He was heard. She looked at him. He didn't looked back. He breaths in and out heavily. His legs are weakening. But his mind and heart isn't. He's almost there. He saved them, he could save her too. He's almost there.

The flag is raised, high and proud. Andres is smiling, She is smiling, People are smiling, the sky is congratulating us, the wind is celebrating with us and Andres couldn't be happier. She was saved, They were saved. By him. Andres looked at the city, full of smoke, being cleared. Andres looked at the people relief could be seen on their face. Andres looked at Gregoria with love. Andres looked at the sky with gratefulness.
