"It's already evening," you mumbled to yourself softly, as the cab screeched to a halt and you hurriedly got out. Paying the fare, you watched as it spurted a cloud of foggy gas before grumbling and taking off down the road, leaving you covering your mouth and nose.
The street was nearly deserted, - you couldn't make out a soul except for yourself. The lighting from the nearby buildings were your only source of comfort, which made you feel a little less lonely.
Straightening the strap of your bag on your shoulder and smoothing out your clothes, you stepped away from the road and looked up to see the words 'Gandala Music' written elegantly on the sign of the building in front of you.

'So this is it?'

You bit your lip, feeling a warmth spread through your cheeks as  nervousness began to bubble inside of you. The wind played with your hair, ruffling the (h.c) strands as you stood in thought before taking a deep breath and walking over to the door and let yourself inside.

As soon as you had dropped out of college, problems had began to eventually pile up on you. To pay for your university fees, you had to take up a small job which would provide you with enough money to survive. You had decided to sell your talent, - you could write, and a couple of magazines had previously hired you to write for the advertisement of their products. And right now, you had gotten yourself another job - to write a full-length interview about the popular idol group 'THRIVE' which would be featured in a magazine.
You had never attempted anything like this before, - so the whole task seemed pretty daunting, and here you were now at 'Gandala Music' to meet a man who had addressed himself as Yashamaru Sakutaro. He was the one whom the editors had contacted, so you would be able to get enough information to write about before the submission date.

Coming to the present, - you shook your head to clear your mind as you shut the door behind you and were greeted with a pleasant warmth. The temperature inside made you feel much better, and you gazed around in awe.

"Wow, it's so big!"

You exclaimed, as an overhead chandelier caught your attention. The yellowy glow from it cast onto the walls gave the place a welcoming feeling. You could see an elevator located to the far side of the corridor, and a flight of stairs on the other side.
Knowing you had business to get over with, you wondered what to do. The place was foreign to you, and even though it had a comforting and welcoming aura, you couldn't help but feel a bit intimidated.

'Creak!'

The door behind you, which you had used to let yourself in suddenly opened leaving you a little flustered once a cheerful voice rang out an 'I'm home~!' before it's owner bumped into you.

"Ah, I'm so sorry!"
You spun around, uttering a loud apology and your eyes widened once you saw a pair of large amethyst eyes belonging to a freckled face staring back at you in surprise.

'I feel like I've seen him before...but...'

The boy whom you had set your eyes upon, seemed as surprised as you and opened his mouth to speak.
"Ne, who are you? Are you a friend of Tsubasa-chan~?"

'Tsubasa-chan??'

"I'm Ashuu Yuuta~!" He abruptly introduced himself, before his face turned into a dramatic yet cute pout.
"Aww, I was hoping that Gochin and Ken-ken would be looking forward to the pudding I brought~!"

He gestured towards the brightly colored plastic bag in his hand.

'Ken-ken?? Gochin?? He must be talking about his friends... Wait a minute....no this, - oh my is this THE Ashuu Yuuta from THRIVE??'

It couldn't be mistaken, - them bright amethyst orbs and bubblegum pink hair, and that toothy grin which reminded you of an overexcited kitten - it really was him!
